I thoutht this would be fun...to post some great wins from casinos...I have been playing in fun mode for quite a while now "practicing" in normal amounts to see just what is the payouts on the new casinos I have found..

I will say, they really are fun...so, let's see who can get the best screenies in fun mode with an average bet size that is normal for you...No huge bets please...because that wouln't actually give us an idea of just what can be achieved...and the graphics are really great!

Hopefully others will join in the fun...!

Here are the casinos I now play at in fun mode:

Slots Country
Intercasino
Mansion Casino
Play 8 Gaming Casino
Box 24 (cause they got some odd games no one else has)

man i hope to have enough time in a day to spin for real. who the hell has the time to spin for free? also why would ya?

I play all new games in "fun mode" to find out if I like them, what they pay with a certain bet size, and what the bonus rounds consist of. When I'm in a B & M casino I would like to try new games but wish that there was that option rather than blowing $50 just to find out I really don't like it or it pays crappy:p

I am glad you asked...By playing in fun mode, I have almost finished remodeling my kitchen...

It also keeps me from depositing into casinos that I no longer enjoy...and I am having an extremely good time trying to catch bonus and free spin rounds without the losses..and it feels soooo GOOD!!!!

oldtrvlagt, I have always played the new games in fun mode also to see how they pay and if the bet size reflects the wins....you hit the nail on the head...thanks for saying it so well!

I think this thread should be moved to "Screenshots" section.
Anyway , are the games in fun mode same as real mode in terms of payout:confused:

Ok, here are a few screenies...these are extremely interesting type slots...they are almost ont he same level as the RTG Twister one but with more full stacked wilds....

If one of the mods would like to move this to the

100% agree
please do. I did not see that...sorry...

I think it's an excellent idea to play in fun mode and well done to the OP for coming up with this idea.

Playing in fun mode gives you a some idea of the variance of each particular slot. Also it can feel like you have dodged a bullet if you have a crappy run in fun mode. It can also help deal with the urge to chase which is about the most dangerous gambling plan there is.

If money is tight it is a good way of keeping your hand in. Don't undersetimate the value of free mode!

100% agree ;)

Played in fun mode a few days ago, Scary Rich, don't remember the casino. Hit the 3 dracs in the bonus betting $20. Payout? $11,000+ Would have made a nice screenshot for this type of thread.

Went to real mode and no dracs. But then again I was betting small...

Is this what online gambling has come to.....screenshots of fun play have replaced screenshots of real wins? Online gambling has gone to hell in a handbasket.

Naw, only until the casinos come to their senses or they make it legal...whichever comes first...I also noticed many putting fun screenies in the real winners thread so I thought this would be an extension to the real deal...

:D

I see nothing wrong with playing in fun mode and comparing wins. Specially betting small to keep the win samples realistic.

I don't think it's a sign of the times. It's a fine way to kill some time or check out new games once you've blown your gambling money.

I 200% agree - this thread should be moved to the screenshots section.
(NOT merged into the Winner Screenshots thread).

As to your question; Who really knows?
Well, the software makers and the casinos do, but they will always say fun is the same as real mode, even if it isn't.

In fun mode, I've hit a number of random jackpots at INetBet. In real money, none.

Not sure what the point of even allowing a random jackpot hit in fun mode would be UNLESS it seems easy to do...

But how big were your bets in fun mode?
As we all know, the bigger your bet the more chances of hitting the randoms.
Even so, I think you could well be right that they are weighted to hit much more easily in fun than real mode - I hit loads playing for fun at Intercasino a few years ago...

Wow, do you guys realize that I have just realized that I have NEVER hit a random in fun mode either??? Amazing....and I used to spin at $20-$100 just for fun ...

It gets curiouser and curiouser......we are talking close to 17 years now...I never thought of catching one in fun mode until now that you pointed it out, I don't know what it is that I can't even catch one in fun mode..gonna have to go ponder that one too...

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that Random Jackpots on the RTG platform have been around for 17 years, have they? I am pretty sure when I started playing in 2000, that there weren't even any Real Series Video Slots....just the older video slots like Diamond Mine, Food Fight, etc. It would actually make a good trivia question...when were RSVS introduced? And which was the first one? I can't remember, but was Cleopatra's Gold one of the first?

FWIW Silc, I've never won a random either, or any kind of progressive on RTG or any other software. Mind you, I don't play progressives on MG, 3Dice or anywhere else, so that could explain that.

But did the RTG slots (older ones I mean), have jackpots attached to them...besides the progressive ones I mean?

In fun mode either?? Just curious now that I think of it and it was mentioned.

It's scary isn't it? LOL....

Wasn't trying to contradict you Silc, btw...I really was curious as to when RSVS and Randoms were introduced. I tried doing some searching, but didn't come up with much. Funny how that info isn't readily available.

And no...never won a random in fun mode either, not that I play fun mode much. Mostly like others, to try out new games, and get a feel for them with a realistic bet size.

Obsolutely! Geezes, you guys make me think of stuff to ponder that has been hidden in the dark recesses of my mind :what: that is better left in nightmares...lmao
Wasn't trying to contradict you Silc,
Not at all...all is good..but if you do find out when they were launched give us a "shout out" will you? It really would be nice to know (something more to ponder)...sheesh..

Damn. The only time I hit a RJ it was in fun mode. However, I bet at $10-$100 a spin so the chances of hitting one would have increased a lot I guess.

i don't play RTG for a long time myself but i read here that random jackpots were introduced around 2004.
