I found out how they pay. The company that offers the service, Lotto Warehouse Ltd, says:

I'm traveling so wasnt fully focussed.
All PMs have been answered with a confirmation that cash is added to purchase tickets.

As for the JPs, up to 50K is our responsibility. In the event of a jackpot win, this will be settled and transferred in one go when money is received by us.
Just like the Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune and Major Millions we paid out.

I fully trust L&L, my questions were more about trying to understand how this works.
From the information on the Lotto Warehouse Ltd site, we aren't actually playing in the actual lotteries.
We are getting the same prizes and jackpots, for a higher bet though:

I was both excited AND nervous using the etransfer feature for a casino as I've never used it before (I use etransfer for all the time - just never for a casino deposit). Thought, fantastic - saves me prepaid card fees and heck, they already have my bank details and no card scans

First checked with chat, says near instant, insured someone there to receive it, followed the instructions, sent
my side shows as successfully sent and a receipt

nada their end they say :(
easy enough to cancel etransfers - i just have to pay for it

Bit disappointed in Fun.
Deposited (again the e transfer delay - only happens here, but anyway)- hit a good bonus in a game low rolling, about $47....round finished out, balance updated appropriately, closed game, went to new game.....showed balance before my win
Immediately went to chat without any spins who said theyd take it up with finance.
This was the 17th, havent heard a word back
 
Support came back reporting can't find the issue. Unfortunately, they havent even the time stamps correct:

' Our records and their records confirm that you started to play the game at 00.18 CET however you reported the issue at 23:50 CET We have no reported gameplay showing on your account for 23:50 CET.'

I went into live chat within 5 minutes OF the issue to report the issue and clearly stated the game in question.
Theyre requestiong screenshots which I dont have - wasnt that large a win for me have taken a pic of it. So I guess that's that :(
 
I've had similar issues at other casinos @dionysus , there is usually a delay where they say they have to "contact the provider". Twice its happened to me and the casino just gave me a goodwill bonus, no way they actually contacted the provider.

I'm curious as to which provider the error occurred on? A lot of times ELK wins don't show in balance for a few spins.

I hope that you can get the money back :(

Ya, no worries it took them a bit (I was expecting perhaps some reponse earlier) but it takes time..well, at times :D
Just bummed, because it was a straight up dep of $100 and at that balance ($94 I believe by then) a $47 win is good news; but alas :(

Like I say, a bummer - I clearly saw the change updated to my balance of 140 ish..until I closed the game after the win and reoped a new game with no new balance to reflect the win.
I went BACK to the game later and spun it a few times lest it was a case where it got 'stuck' somehow and didnt play out, but it didnt replay that winning spin (I'm guessing that's where support got those 2 time frames from)

I've not - I was awaiting a response from support first since I'd gone through them who said they'd contact me (which they did today) , figuring Easter and the weekend, I'd reach out Monday to him if he hadnt seen the thread/post
 
Notice Jan is in so not much point in pming as the details are here (though hes welcome to reach out via pm if he needs any further details). Not sure much of anything will happen as support already gave their answer, and hasnt followed up further but flagged regardless

Any chance you have a ticket number in one of our emails? I can dig in to it. support doesnt have direct contact with providers, I do, So migth be able to get an answer faster!
