As posted above, i assume they contacted the provider -
' Our records and their records confirm that you started to play the game at 00.18 CET however you reported the issue at 23:50 CET We have no reported gameplay showing on your account for 23:50 CET.'

edit - complete email I received, minus names -
We have been in contact with our game provider and they cannot find any live game sessions for the time that you have reported this issue. Our records and their records confirm that you started to play the game at 00.18 CET however you reported the issue at 23:50 CET We have no reported gameplay showing on your account for 23:50 CET.

If you can provide us with any other information e.g. screeshots etc we can ask our game provider to investigate further.

You sure you weren't playing in fun mode?
If you were playing after the deposit but before Fun state you started, if you were in real play, surely your balance dropped?
I mean if you were playing for 30 minutes before they say you did, surely there will be a discrepancy in the balance between the deposit and their start of gameplay?

couldt have been - i had a balance of 94 and the win of 47 (I believe, 47-47ish) and balance updated to reflect the win to 140 something or other - I mean, it wasnt even just me here, my mother nearly feel out of the chair lol

then closed game and opened new game, had the 94 balance before the hit on the previous game

I can see how it was maybe played in fun mode, but then I wouldnt have had such specific balance jump and reversion and be back in real mode in the new slot

I didnt spin in the new slot, but instead went straight to chat who found no record of the win, nor I in my history section, and now, none from the provider side.

The only record of the gameplay of the slot, is when I went back to it some time later - i dunno, a half hour or something, because it spun to see if the win was 'stuck' (you know, how sometimes you close a game before it has fully tallied and you have to replay it) but nada, gave it a few more spins, nothing

Anyway, everyone checked, a blip I guess, I dunno.
I know there's nothing as can be done. :)

If you deposited (for example) 100 and your balance was 94 when you went to chat, but there was no record of gameplay, where did the 6 go, if you see what I mean?

non, it wasnt the first slot i had played
i began at 100, played some slots, had dropped to 94 before opening this slot, hitting that 47 that 'disappeared' and reverting back to 94

slots before and after show in games history
well, acutally not quite true - i also went to game history and another slot didnt show there, but i assume the update isnt instantaneous - if it is, theres an issue as well with games history

im sure if i was a new player id look like im trying to scam the casino lol; but i still at this point had nearly my entire deppo and wouldnt be worth the aggro
