The game at GUTS must be getting hammered. I could not get the icons to show in the game no matter how many times I refreshed but I was able to spin"blind" to the reels. All I could see where the odd win line show 0.05 or so. It was quite surreal
 
Same happened to me, there are no free spins they promised in email.

I eventually managed to access the free games in Tivoli. Again Cloud Quest would not open fully and I was able to play the spins without actually being able to see any of the reel symbols. Just a lady floating about and the win denominations flashing about when they hit something. Seems that the game has issues

I had an issue when trying to redeem the Montezuma code, denied as not available in my country. I actually saw it on other one of those forum/code sites while I was googling and whatnot but I didn't know if that particular site was legit. The same evening I joined Casinomeister and saw it on here and thought fantastic! I did not realise it was an email offer, assuming perhaps a little exclusive bonus for those in the forums so was upset when it didn't go through. I asked about it in another thread and was told there was no other offers available if the Montezuma didn't work. :(

It has been a while since I had some decent free spin rounds from VS and have not had many offers in emails really since joining.

However! During a Live Chat a while back I asked exactly that: when/how to qualify for voucher codes and the girl told me that I had been unsubscribed from the mailing list and I said that I had not made that change and I felt very upset that my profile has been tampered with. She said the change had something to do with the site having had an upgrade a few weeks beforehand and the new format had altered many members settings. I had been depositing/playing consistently both for my own fun but also because I thought maybe that's how to activate some member rewards or something! She said it happened to a lot of players during the upgrade. I asked if I could please perhaps have the offers or similar that I missed out on re-sent-seeings as it wasn't my fault I didn't get them. And she said no, cannot be done. Having made lots of deposits and given hours of game time, it was pretty upsetting to have missed out on a few weeks worth and not even offered an alternative. I said that it wasn't very fair since the fault was on their side and I would never declined email notifications. She just said sorry, not possible and the usual "keep an eye out as we have regular offers..." And that she had reset my profile to receive emails.

But, had I have not asked about how to qualify for bonuses in the chat that day, I probably would never have known that I was not signed up for mail thinking maybe they don't send out mail and that it was all done through the little shields in the rewards section or trophies activated extras. I mean, it might not help much anyways since they won't backdate missed rewards, but maybe check your account settings for your mail as you might be in the same boat I was in :eek:

The only offers they are sending out through emails are free spins almost every week. If you have missed some then you're not alone.
Some have missed them because their email don't work, some because their country can't play the game, some because they are too late and all codes are already redeemed, or they don't qualify and so on.

Nothing to be upset about. Things happen and great if you can get some free spins in the future:)

Oh, yes I understand the system a bit better now and it's all good, I really enjoy playing on VS so I'm not angry or feeling ripped off per se. My point was more that I was upset because an error had adjusted my preferences really without me knowing about it and then finding out during the chat it happened to some members following VS's site update. If they knew it had happened then maybe they could have rectified it or maybe issued an apology or alert on login so we knew to double check our details or something if you know what I mean:)

I do not think I have made a deposit in a good few weeks, It seems it pays not to play now days, The more you play the less you get, I can understand the theory in that, To get the non depositors back or a cheap way to spam your inbox lol, but come on it would not hurt to spread a few 10p spins on a new machine for players, Especially if they come with a wager

Basically I think he's saying that if you need answers he feels that it is sometimes better to ask an experienced player rather than support, which can be frustrating at times.

To be fair I tend to ask you guys if I need help before I go to support (if indeed its not of a confidential matter/payment related etc)

I do too sometimes and if anyone would care to take a look at my posts here I think I've done my fair share of helping people out with all I can. That's maybe not so much but I have at least tried :D

I hate online support know matter how good they are I keep away unless it is 100% necessary.
