Same here, just managed to open it up and they arent there, looked at my bonuses section and its showing 100% as though i have played them

Yep, me too...last time that happened they insisted i had played them..lie i said, it was only starburst and i wasn't going to argue. This time though, they have given me spins in Gonzo or Flowers but they are not there either.

I got the free spins on Montezuma but they weren't there, went to live chat and they said i could have them on Flowers or Gonzo, again not there, i can't be bothered going back as this has happened before and it took them over a week to give me 15 spins on Starburst.

Yes there having difficulty, They would of put them in your rewards, My account / Rewards and should be able to activate from there, I think flowers is an upgrade from staburst but not complain, better than like 5 free spins on starburst like most sites :)

Had to click to activate them in rewards section.

there are gona be some busy support this morning, if all are having issue ;) mine dindnt work but think ill wait a little before i ask for them, perhaps a lil deposit first :)
 
Criteria has changed, used to get them no problem :(

Yup, agreed. Don't know what the 'criteria' is lol and really don't expect the FS as I am not a VS player really, only 2-3 deposits since joining.

Just don't like the 'false hopes' emails, especially when it's one of my fave games ever! :p
 
Anyone who recieved the email is suppose to get them, so if you got one you should have them.

I appreciate the idea if you received the email youre entitled to them (though, beggars the questions, why there's a limit on them -ie 2500 or 3500).

For me, as a potential player, I'm just curious, what the criteria is for claining them. Example, I've seen (and others receive) the error, not valid/not deposited enough to activate.
As a player, I'd just want to know, what the min is is to be eligible - once monthly, twice monthly etc, to get rewarded.

I'll happily admit, I'm currently not a depositor. I just want to understand their structure before I choose to make them a casino of choice. ;)

Im one of those people and support just told me "there all redeemed is there anything else I can help you with"

I thought something was up as it usually says "all vouchers have been redeemed" but this time it said "voucher finished"

I guess they had to put a stop on it since they had a problem from the beginning. Normally they are not finished this time since they raised the amount to 3500...and changed the rules to only recent depositing customers.
It took 10 minutes in chat to get 10 free spins on Flowers instead so I don't blame them :)
 
^have you by any chance had different instructions in email like make deep cuts into flesh while playing starburst or what pain and waste of time is to copy the code in account, is taking more than 1 minute??? there is no other casino giving weekly free spins, even more on WMS/yggdrasil games that could leave a hole in their bank account, the others like to keep the cost of 'generosity' very low and put wagering on starburst free spins. ive redeemed all VS free spins almost weekly for an year, now they put some other rules in place and is the end of the world. dont see at least monthly from other acclaimed casinos.

Do yourself a favour and send a pm to Philip or Dan. I'm sure they will help you out. You are suppose to get something. At least they wrote so in the other thread since you manage to redeem the code.

It is/was a way to get customers in too.
they only send emails for four things. Free spins, Cashback, races and cashouts.
That means that they are forgotten very fast since you wouldn't get a single email.
 
Philip explained it clearly in the VS thread.

They target certain countries every week and they now changed the system that only those who received the email will be able to claim the FS.

Today was Montezuma, hence as WMS is banned in many countries a lot of players did not receive an email.

Dan then posted that they had some tech issues, hence, if you received the email and could not claim the spins then PM Dan or Philip and they will make sure you get the spins.

I did, it was Dan himself who said I wasn't getting anything.

I'm not going chasing it again, they had the opportunity to sort it, and I felt I was fobbed off again, so I'll leave it at that and see how the next one goes.

I personally not deposit in a week or two but received the email, Spins did not work but they added them to flowers, As you said you was struggling with the email than you was most likely entitled to them as accepted the code, I say this as Jonmincher tried and it did not let him redeem,

I nether received emails from VS but the last few weeks I have been receiving fine, The rep said they changed there end with the emails and stuff and since than alot more have been getting them,
 
First time i found live support a little rude on videoslots, i tried using the code before and got some message(can't remember what one), then seen messages on here about issues so went on and asked about it. He said i didn't receive any email(fair enough), but i pointed out i have never received any emails off VS, but in past have used all the voucher codes posted here. He then says i did not try to redeem the code, i said i did he said "you could not have".....i think i know if i enter a bloody code or not! :rolleyes:

Not a big issue, but a little abrupt in his assumptions.
