Have a look in the cashier to see if the percentage off bonus rollover has changed?

I remember playing at a casino with this rule and I was spinning under 0.35 and my percentage was still going up.

I took it at the time that every wager even separate ones had to add up to 0.35 to count as a wager to full-fill wagering.

On the other hand it Might just be me.

I see what you mean, but I think its min .35p a spin, any way check as busted out on both, got to about 40 on hello,

:) its like waiting for a bus for ages and all coming at once,

This is where the time frame comes into affect and people having a moan in a few threads, I do not blame them as some are just stupid amount of hours you have to play it out,

GL and do not just spend out to get rid, Would be worth checking the time frames

Busted Casino Room got 2 hours 20 playtime, cashed out $410 at Casino Classic just doing that last bit off wagering and it nearly got me, ending up to 5 times the last $112 off wagering, feature would not come in and it led to raise and so on and cost me just 22 cents in the end.

It did feel like a rush especially earlier at Casino Room, took my last $146 without feature peaking at $214.

I my self rush trying to spend it out, gives me a right headache knowing I got cash in a few sites, Sometimes I wish I had the cash in the casino's but always happens when you got a spare couple of quid, and not when your short

But I got a little bonus yestoday, Deposit 10 euro to casumo to get the 20 free spins, not played there in a bit due to them being tight, Lost it so deposit another 13 euro, IR come to my rescue yet again and give me a 140 win so took out 144 and left some in to play, I try my luck in abit

Thanks to Adam who got back to me on this!

When claiming free spins your bonus balance will stay separate of you real money balance.
You will start working on your WR only once you dip into bonus funds.
When taking a match bonus your deposit and bonus will be combined and you will contribute towards WR from your first bet.

I for one will be playing with my deposit first and then claim free spins once I go bust or make a withdrawal.

good to know ive just been caught up in this mess ( , i had my account balance up to 689 euros had been playing for a fair while pretty much sure i had cleared wagering on free spins ( 31.85 euros approx ) x 35 or whatever it was set up for upon checking this my wagering had not moved . this would clear up why i couldn't withdrawal my balance at 600 , because it was still showing the free spins money in there ( 31.85 )

Now ive just been speaking with live chat about this & they stated i had not cleared wagering to which i know i had , anyway balance depleted to zero because i couldnt clear the wagering due to the fact that my bets came from my deposit & i had played my free spins first.

well i hope there going to do the right thing here & hope they shall re add those funds with correct wagering attached to them as i didnt see any terms to state this .

You should of been able to withdraw the money?

If you canot withdraw cash wile have a bonus, & can only use bonus money to wager, But cash goes first than it will not be be possible to withdraw any cash why you have a bonus, Untill you bust out start using the bonus and hopee you fullfill it and than make a win to take out,

Surely this cannot be the case?

nope doesn't seem to be the case i peaked at 685 euros , i had made a deposit & had engaged my free spins to which i won 31.85 from , from this point on normally your now tied in too the wagering of 31-85 x what ever it is 35x 30x or less, i played for hours hence balance was up i checked this a few times in account that amount had not moved although i had done alot of spins pretty much all above one euro a spin.

When i had enough i thought i shall withdraw at 600 , just to find the bonus still there & still not moved . it did state forfeit bonus ( which normally means balance wiped out ) live chat was busy anyway carried on depleted whole balance i could never make wagering because i never dipped into the 31.85 until i was nearly bust . had i known this or it was stated i would of done the same as freddy above & just played my deposit money withdrawn & then played my free spins.

You mean refunded your loss, even though their bonus system runs the same way as the vast majority of other casinos? Given the fact you could have stopped wagering at anytime to check with CS,and even if they werent available, surely you'd wait until they were for the sake of 600 euros.
