Panic over, Guts has been outstanding again , I think again they have been let down by the supplier of games, What help done for me is refunded the difference between the the price of the games,

so it was 30 games over 3 days 50p x 30 = £15

switched to 30 games over 3 days 20p x 30 = £6

so £9 difference what was put into my account, and still free games on the second machine once up and going, A genuine error on there part, I was not happy at first, was not rude but did state its false advertising which it was, You do not book a 1st class flight than at the last minute be told your travailing on a mini bus lol,

I guess there be a bit busy so hold tight and will be sorted

I did not hear from them and I'm having some doubts if the fs on King of Slots is indeed the compensation.
It does not make up for the difference in free spins value (I deposited about €110 and I got 25 spins at min bet).

Actually they were apologizing for the troubles with the thursdays triple so yes I guess it was compensation. I would suspect though that we all get a different amount of spins, and you will get more than my 5 spins.

I honestly hope I never again will be sent 5 free spins from Guts without them telling the amount in the email so I can stay away.
