Sorry again mate, I try looking for the convo I had with them, I think it was that same code,I not find as I not date things, Stupid I no as my computer is nearly full with 3 terabyte (300 gb) and nothing to show except a load of crap, Saying that it just remind me, This computer is only about 3 weaks old (built myself) and still got about another 4 terabyte to sort threw, Lost alot on info including my home made movies which Im 99% sure are not on them and vanaished when my SSD' bust

Ah do not get exited Im a bloke, But have many of that all day :)

Its hard to find a few decent ones now days hence why I kept a few on taps & go tesco alot of time, You be suprised :)

I try not to knock any one or give wrong impression I am who I am so is every one else, I did ask if going to meet this year than my house was open alow I not be able to go

I am up at Guts so far this year, but I got them too. Won $3.25 and then lost it on DOA.
In my opinion, I don't believe they base these extra free spins on if you are at an overall loss with their Casino, but that you are a regular depositor.

Not so sure on that one cos I deposit 2-3 times a week, every week and I don't get the ND spins.

Not complaining tho cos Ben/CS have dropped me the odd comp instead when I've had a few bad sessions back to back :)

I could be wrong but seems free spins are sent in batches to certain players. I am taking a guess that maybe for some reason players in UK are not getting them anymore as seems to be UK players saying they don't get them anymore.

Don't think it counts as to whether you are winning or losing, depositing every week or not as last year seemed to get them regular whatever the circumstances. But like the rest of people saying they no longer get them ive not had any this year either except for deposit based free spins. No big deal tho just wondering if it is something to do with being in UK.

I don't think it has any matter if you are from UK, I was getting free spins often last year and then it stopped.
I had free spins last time two months ago and after that none.

It's the same here.
I think they maybe were a little too generous around Christmas, and all of these technical problems that have been lately is probably costing some too.

Don't give up on them. I'm sure they will give when they can, and there are still a couple of promotions/week...that I always seems to miss for some strange reason ;)

I don't know, but when it comes to free sign up things like on that totally unknown casino, it feels like this forum is on the way down.

That has been the best with this forum, that we don't support casinos until we know more about them.
It's one thing to ask questions about places we've heard of, or to tell what you've been given, but please don't post codes or the likes in here for unknown places.

Fair enough only posted for 2 reasons 1 microgaming and 2 free €10 with 20x wagering I was trying to share so others could take advantage of offer. I hear about lots of free stuff and don't post half of it. Only if it's from a good software with the exception of gold run.

Imagine when something like this gets posted and suddenly they are having 5000 signing up in just a couple of days.

It's a great way to get people to sign up, but I guess support doesn't see all these freebie hunters as genuine players.
They do have themselves to blame for that, but if we are signing up to an unknown casino, just for a freebie, then I don't know if we deserve better.
 
I generally sign up to a casino that accept UK players and has microgaming, due to a loss of many many microgaming casino's for the Uk market lately.

I'd be questioning if the have a UK licence to be honest as it's not so easy for pop-up casinos to get them now.

And with support like that I'm only guessing they aren't too serious.

As I replied to the chat Agent, I'm glad he was rude as it saves me wasting my money on another casino with useless support.
