I take it this is 32Red's daily you are talking about?.. I have gotten 2nd and a couple of 3rd's without spending a penny ( Will not spend money on tournies were you would need to spend more than the prize to get anywhere). To get these spots I have got the free spins pretty quickly which have then re-triggered.

So its not impossible, you just have to be damn lucky and in the right place at the right time.

Must say I have played the tournys and don't seem to get anywhere,I just play them to pass the odd 15 mins or so tbh.

Unfortunately tourneys at most MG casinos have a ridiculous amount of continues, but the ones at 32Red are pretty good. It's been awhile since I've won anything there - a couple times I got a good first round but got knocked out by other players in the last couple of hours. I think the last time I actually bought in I did 2 rebuys @ $5 each and then I won $10.

This is the only tournaments I play since they are fair. It was easier to win before when it wasn't so many playing them, but I still win some from time to time.
I can honestly say that I probably have won 40-50 times. From $5 to $75.
My best win there was 5 wilds and straight up to the first place

I have won several times with out any cash. First place a couple of times. Best was with lucky Nugget a few months ago were I won 200.00.

I enter most days at 32RED when I remember.

Been 'in the money' a couple of times I think and I would never under any circumstances buy 'continues' or 'rebuys' in any tournament.

On a related 32RED note, kudos again for the latest scratchcard promotion. I don't know who does their flash animations (in house or otherwise) but the promotions and associated graphics/claim mechanisms are absolutely superb. So slick.

I have, I came 2nd place without any re-buys, won around £34, one out of many times playing this freeroll, I managed to hit 4 chests during free spins, so it can be done

It is possible but not easy.I won 1st once and few times 2nd and 3rd .

I would say it is not totally pointless as it is free and what do you have to lose? Best free rolls are at Liberty Slots IMO because I don't do rebuys and have won $5.00 5 times. I play liberty slots free rolls every day. I have turned my $5.00 into enough to withdrawal $500.00 l time.

So not totally pointless.
