Non-Bonus Complaint FreakyVegas - Payment of €500

Hi,

last week I won 500 Euro in FreakyVegas - a certified Casino of casinomeister. I verified myself and then took the withdrawal. Played of course with no Bonus.

As they promote 6-12 hours pending Times - i can say thats not true - my withdrawal is still pending - even the chat says its already processed by them - but now the bank has only to process it.

Im pretty sure, they are not telling the truth because i can still reverse my withdrawal - what i will not do.

Now - I have to ask whats going on with this casino - promoting fast cashouts and withdrawal times - but after a couple of days still pending.

Acrreditet by Casinomeister with a lot of stars??? I am really wondering...i say I played in a lot of casinos and know all their tricks - but when they offer low pending times - they have them really.

I of course send to the affiliate contact a private message to help in this case......

Does anybody has experience with them in the last time?

You haven't mentioned when you cashed out. And as a caveat - the first withdrawal may take longer if account verification is being conducted.

We are awaiting more information from our Meister Minions for more accurate times. It would be great if the MMs could give us this info. At the moment it is relative guess work since we don't have hard data.

first withdrawal started on 3rd of May (a couple of minutes after verification) - due my error I recejted it on the 4th but started again on 4th. On 5th may they changed my withdrawal date to 5th may. After asking the chat why they changed - they said they processed it - and now only waiting for bank processing - whats wondering - because its still reversible today - so that means that nothing happend exept their changed my withdrawal date.

But when you having in your promotional text - pending times between 6 and 12 hours - then you are not telling the truth.

The withdrawal via bank transfer was requested on the 5th (Saturday) and also had been approved from our end shortly thereafter.

Given that bank withdrawals are not processed by the banks themselves during weekends, the withdrawal would in essence start it's processing journey by the bank from the next first applicable bank day: Which would be today.

As a general guideline, you should expect the funds to hit your account within up to 5 bank days. (That would mean that you should see the funds in your bank account by this Friday.)

Should you not receive the funds by then, please do get back in touch with us and we'll follow up with the bank accordingly and investigate the reason for any potential delay.

Having said that, please note, that the withdrawal has indeed been approved and processed (sent) from our end, and is currently set in status of Bank Processing by the bank itself.

I understand bank payments take longer because of weekends but just curious why the player can still reverse the amount if its been sent?

tjx for reply - I understand that - as meanwhile sombody from your backoffice sent me screenshots of the processing withdrawal.

If this is truebthan you should def. upgrade your software. Playeers trust what they see
and i see still the possibility of rejection..

Will keep updated if recived and of course my appologies if i judged tobearly - but pwnding times are really not correct.

Users cannot reverse the amount once it's been processed/sent from our end.

As we speak - the visual shows under Pending withdrawals section in the player account, where there is a "cancel" button, although if you try to cancel it by clicking on the "cancel" button, you'll notice that it will not work, and no action would happen upon the clicking of the "cancel" button.

With that in mind, we'll be updating the visual to not show the button at all, in order to avoid any confusion to the user such as this instance.

I always tell the truth. If the content needs to be updated, this we will do. Once I find out exactly why your payments are taking longer, then I will see to it that our reviews are accurate.
 
Withdrawal was requested on the 04.05.2018 @ 18:23:28, and had been approved on the 04.05.2018 @ 18:27:31.

After that, the withdrawal was processed on the 05.05.2018 11:17:41.

Pending Time of just under 4 minutes to be approved. :)

And given bank transfers requested in the evening, would still be processed with the next batch in the morning, it was as you can see processed the next available time when bank transfers are processed.

as i said - strange view of your transaction side leads user to complain.

ibdont know if i can press the cancel button and nothing will happen

ibsee the money still pending.
