Foxwoods in PA ?

Heard from a friend in Pennsylvania that Foxwoods is contemplating opening a casino in PA. Has anyone heard of this?

Foxwoods Casino Philadelphia will be built in three phases, creating a substantial annual boost to the region's economy, as well as a significant new source of annual tax revenues for the city and state.

Erie casino in Erie PA is a dump, not to mention they are the tightest slots ever. I have heard dozens of stories on how people have gone 10+ times and never won or seen anyone win over a grand. I went 5 times then learned my lesson. That place should be investigated.
