Hey Bryan and co.

I was meant to post about this issue a while ago, On CM accredited list the Fortune Lounge group of casinos are listed as having no limits but they in fact do have limits if they feel like it that is.

Term number 18.
18.If you withdraw an amount that is 5 times or greater than your lifetime deposits across all Fortune Lounge casinos, you will only be able to withdraw your winnings up to €5,000 per week or the equivalent value in your account currency. The remaining amount will be returned to your account until you are eligible for a further withdrawal. Any deposits made after the date of withdrawal will not be included in this calculation. This clause will be applied at the discretion of the casino’s management. Wins from progressive games are exempt from this clause.

I also feel players should be aware of a term that was implemented not long ago.

That is term 10.
Once you have met your wagering requirements, all deposits will be added to your Cash balance. If any wagering requirements are outstanding, a portion or all of any deposit made will be added to your Bonus balance, depending on how much you still need to wager.

I know everyone's busy at LAC (or partying it up) just thought it maybe worth a mention.

Cheers
Matt

Term 18 seems to have cropped up a few times, notably at Casino Rewards. Although high, it is still a weekly limit that penalises new players who happen to get lucky early on. In fact, it can affect even long term loyal players who have a spectacular run of luck, but who tend to deposit smaller amounts and/or play infrequently. Fortunately, it does not apply to progressives, and so the biggest wins of all are not included. There should not be a situation where a 5 million hit on Mega Moolah is paid out at 5000 per week. It is also a term that may not be applied every time, and as such should not be applied to honest players who have fully satisfied KYC.

Term 10 is a little odd. It seems to cover the obvious situation where someone deposits when they still have a bonus in play, but have not reached a zero balance. If the balance is zero, then there would be no WR left in any case, HOWEVER, there have been reports of deposits onto a zero balance also being converted to bonus funds. This term does not properly address this as it would only apply if WR was not removed once a player busts out on a bonus. Perhaps it should read:-

Once you have met your wagering requirements, or your balance is zero, all deposits will be added to your Cash balance. If any wagering requirements are outstanding, a portion or all of any deposit made will be added to your Bonus balance, depending on how much you still need to wager

This is actually not the case, IT DOES CARRY OVER regardless of zeroing out etc.
