There was a lobby update this morning and now I can't load any of their slots. They have forwarded the problem to RTG. If anyone has the casino loaded, could you see if you can get any slots to load and report here?

I just want to see if it's a "me" thing...

Tried a few times today to play my manager's bonus, but all sorts of problems. I know that the casino is aware of it, and is attempting to have RTG fix it. Not much to do but wait.

I just went, it said "a new version of the lobby" something else. It re-started right up, I went to Tigers Treasure and it loaded fine, and a thing popped up that said I don't have sufficient funds to play this game...hahahaha, probably because I have no money in the casino.

Managers Bonus already? Why am I always the last to receive, :( and my user name is at the beginning of the alphabet, so they must not do it that way.

I always get mine early JP, sometimes even on the first or second of the month. I "think" but am not positive, that it may go on age of account. I've had mine since about 2000, which is what leads me to believe it's based on when your account was opened.
 
Seems to be fine now. However, it states it was a 'hardware' upgrade. If that is the case why is it now downloading all the slots again and why has the default spin reverted to $1 instead of what it was the last time you played the slot.

You are correct.

I emailed and asked before you posted this. (they emailed back within 5 minutes!) Weird thing is last month I did get it on the 3rd, I thought it was because it was smaller than the month before.

Well here's another problem. I have .25 left to wager on the free $3, max cashout $30 (my balance is $30.45). INetBet says they can't duplicate the problem. Tried 5 different new games that the coupon allows, all the same issue.

Has anyone seen this one before?

Of more interest is suspicion that the reel layouts of a couple of games has changed, with a report of "I have never seen this in 10 years of playing RTG". This was a duplicated symbol on reel 2 of Golden Glove, separated by one symbol. Similar to the duplicated pear on the second reel of Fruit Frenzy seen at some RTG casinos.

An RTP change would require the slots to be downloaded again (new reelstrips), and could also result in the defaults being reset. The payout reduction in Keno is further evidence of such changes, being an alternative (and possibly different in RTP) paytable.
 
Regarding the error message, after receiving instructions from RTG to uninstall the casino, run regedit, clean cookies, etc. the problem was the wager at .25. I decided to change the wager and everything worked.

Inetbet? See the word is getting out that your randoms are popping at a lower level which in turn is bringing up some interest in your casino again...how is that for my predictions of lower the randoms increase the player base?


Hopefully you have taken up this suggestion ...because it does work...ya know? Word of mouth is a very powerful thing..and not everyone wants a super duper prize...just a nice piece of the pie and more opften.. :D
