My Experience VOID this Casino!

This Casino DONT pay me since 4 Days!
Neteller Withdraw more than 3 Days Pending and NOTHING in my Acc...

The Support answer not to Emails,Livechat direct close and the Withdraw will not Processed!
Anytime when i reach the Support i had the same Answer

24-48hours Peding i try to explain but no one will help me-.-How much i must wait 24-48 Hours?I wait now 4 Days!

I hope this Casino came to the Blacklist!

Are you verified there? ie documents submitted and verified?

Contact the rep as advised. Fly and Omni are good casinos, I have been playing weekly for years and never had any issues.

No i never had before an Withdraw at Flycasino.
I had them ask for ID and some more but they say when we need something we send you an Email...

Wednesday was the Withdraw make and the Support say Thursday i had an Update within 24hours but nothing.
The Casino has a Pending Time from 24-48hours but i had wait this Time and again nothing.

I dont understand why User has there Money in under 24hours an im not

you need to send documents for verifying,
i had to with my first withdrawal,
after my first witdrawal got an email about 3-4 days later asking for docs
so my first one took about a week, after that it has been 18 to 70
so you gotta be patience, getting paid within 48 hours in a Playtech casino on your first witdrawal is unheard of

You can't compare a Playtech casino with those others - Playtechs ALWAYS pay much slower than other operators (except those linked to UK bookies).
