Fishin bigger pots when will I receive payout?!

Had a very nice win on Fishin bigger pots of gold on Tuesday. Lottoland been very helpful but said they need to confirm win with provider before payout due to the size. Any ideas how long this takes? Think it’s a Gameburger provided game. Many thanks

That's a bit weird, a 12k win isn't very big in the grand scheme and a casino would generally only confirm a win with a provider if there was a problem with the game round or it was a progressive.

Are you already verified with the casino and had previous payouts? It is Christmas but I'd probably give them till 2025 and then whack in a PAB (a complaint via this website)

they are a UK licenced casino so you should be fine eventually but they do appear to have a history of delaying withdrawals based on some third party websites

You could try opening a PAB now instead of waiting a few more days. maxd and Gourd will be able to get things moving along for you hopefully.

Never had a withdrawal problem with Lottoland, but never won anything that large. :laugh:

I can understand their reasons - although maybe more if it was a progressive, but im sure I've read of similar 'very large wins' being checked first.

Personally, I'd wait as they seem to be quite communicative etc and it is xmas period etc.

If you trust them, my original recommendation to wait until 2025 (Jan 2nd or 3rd) stands. With this email in mind definitely wait. Technically they've probably only had the 27th and 28th to work through their backlog of escalations so you'll probably let get an update today, tomorrow or Monday.

Yes apologies didn’t make it clear I had that email but no response in relation to me questioning them for a timeframe etc.

It's not unusual for game providers to take 10-14 days.
 
Quick update. They’ve now heard from provider and for me to get paid out I need to send every document under the sun. This is of course after being told on 26/12/24 that I didn’t need to supply any for my withdrawal to process. Happy new year Lottoland . Why is it you always have to fight for money you’ve won 🤦‍♂️
 
So all documents supplied, apparently with the correct department to deal with now. What’s the timeframe on this? Anyone had to do similar with Lottoland or is this just a way they will try getting out of paying me!?
 
I think the casino was very taken aback by that game paying out so much, and needed to verify that it wasn't an error. Fishing bigger: pots of gold is almost always a low paying cock tease of a slot... along with the rest of that particular provider's roster of games.

In fairness I’ve probably had most of my biggest wins on the game obviously nothing like this. Do play it a lot though I like how it plays.
Waiting to see when they are going to come back to me. Very responsive at minute though so quite hopeful on getting my money soon.
 
Had a message today to say all approved and payment is on way! Good service in the end very responsive to email. Anyone know how long it will take for my withdrawal to show in bank? Many thanks
 
Ok, new question but extension on the old.

They contacted me Monday payment had been sent to card ending 1234 for example. I chased them today as it’s usually a quick withdrawal card. Told it’s actually been done to a different card, didn’t recognise the card number so questioned them.

They then said it’s actually to an account number ending in those numbers.

Didn’t recognise these at first. Then they told me the bank name.

Only account I have with this bank is a joint account with completely different bank.

Turns out they have transferred to my joint account that I have 10000% never gambled on as my wife is worried about our re mortgages etc.

The only way they could have ever got this is when I showed a screen grab for my proof of address for KYC.

Am I wrong in thinking this is totally unacceptable and should escalate this as a complaint?

Firstly the fact they only had that as proof of address, secondly they’ve always told me payouts have to go to account deposits have been made from and lastly they’ve always told even told me specifically in email that it was going to my normal card.

Wifes fuming, I’m fuming caused such un needed stress.

Where do I stand? Pointless complaining?

So much for closed loop!

I've had this happen once or twice but they asked me first before confirming the details so it never got to the point of the money going there.

I'm not sure a complaint will get anywhere but it won't waste much of your time so why not
