First deposit at CasinoMax

I made my first deposit at casinomax two days ago October 9th. I took the welcome bonus because I like bonuses. I did quite well and made play through with a substantial balance.
I then asked chat what they needed for kyc process. The agent was very nice and sent me a link to the details. I submitted a copy of my passport and a utility bill. It turns out the bill wasn't acceptable because it was a pdf from my utility provider (paperless billing). I scanned another utility bill about an hour after I got the email and got a nice response from the rep that everything looked good but please wait up to two more business days for review.
I've been mostly paying at bitcoin casinos that pay out instantly so the wait is a bit of a bother but everyone have been very nice and knowing they are accredited I know they will pay me. I just wanted to share my experience with the casino up to this point.
 
You're being very nice about something I'd be very annoyed about. lol That they wouldn't take the pdf is absurd, imo, and a subtle stalling technique. There is simply no way it is less valid than a paper copy. .02 But, way to go on your win!

I just checked your account and it looks like the account was verified on Friday afternoon when cashier already processed all pay outs for the day. I can confirm that your request will be processed today so you should see the funds on your account in next 2-4h or so.

Thank you Karonlia the payment is pending in my bitcoin wallet. I suspect it may be pending all day as you all sent over 2 BTC (not all for me) with a 63 cent fee for the miners. I guess I will just watch my wallet and wait. Thanks for the experience.

My question would naturally be why a pdf was not accepted. Just about all bills when downloaded come in PDF form and in some cases pdfs are more disability friendly than other documents.

As a general rule of thumb any bill which come through the post is more credible that a pdf file for address confirmation. If something comes though the post and you are able to present it this will confirm it's your address. Internet accounts may contain address which is not customer address at all.

Saying that we understand that more and more people go paperless and if this is explained during verification we can make an exception.

In some circumstances documents received as pdf is only a snapshot or not full document therefore cashier will ask for full document.

Makes sense I was just curious cause just about all my documents are .pdf and accepted so I was curious as I had never had an issue with .PDF. Of Course I also had always sent them through you when it came to casinos you are at/or were with.
