Fed Up With Dash

So for the second time in a month , Having problems pop up bonuses in dash account deposited £25 and there was a bonuses match on today for 100%.The bonuses bar clicked on it made my deposited when to claim and surprise again error error .Last time this happened i open a game played and it appeared. Thought it would do the same thing so had some spins .When to ask live chat why its not showed up they said i should have contacted them before i played i said i made a deposited and when the right way in claiming and hit the claim button before i played and it said errors .They said they could not add it under the terms .In which i pointed out that there a fault with the software bonuses button and it did not add it and i clicked it before i played so it should have got added .Now i don't mind in contacting chat to ask for the bonuses after i made a deposited. The fact that the bonuses does not work on the download, page.I did click the claim button and got made out that i did not and they wont add it get on my wick to be honest .I was £500 down loss on my account so far in total seen i opened the account and had a bad run for a few weeks , A Week before last 300 down again in one week and made a deposited thinking i have a better deal with it today and as goodwill they would not add the bonuses in which i deposited for . I have asked to close my dash account for this reason .So beware others make sure you claim you bonuses and don't play the funds they wont add it

Sorry to hear that, but maybe give them another chance.

I often experienced that issue myself on 32red, i already deposited in order to claim the offered bonus and then constantly received these errors. Sure iam aware that if i want to have the bonus theres one thing i shouldnt do, start palying before all is sorted. Livechat always added my bonus in an instance.

I also think they could have a been more fair and make an exception in your case, considering you lost 500 before and they shouldnt pi** off a customer with these details, in the end i think it should be the even better deal for them to attach a wr to your cash deposit

Thanks yes i should have asked before in chat and not played a spin .My fault just the bonuses always been added ones i had claimed it and pop up in my balances after .

This time it didn't and of course went without .

Shame when there has been errors before it always been added to me . Seems not this time in chat .I just wondering why they have that option at all as it don't seem to work and just ask people to contacted live chat for deposited bonuses and don't say to weekly, daily depositing customers sorry you cant have the deposited bonuses even tho you click on the banner made the deposited and clicked on the claim button but sorry are depositing bonuses screen don't work and has massive errors you cant have it

I find it depends who you talk to some just don't consider it .

Never mind just was cross i did not received it after my losses there i was maybe silly to think it would thinking of it now .Funny really cos if i had that deposited bonuses the one i went to claim i would have made another deposited and they saved me money in the long run .So thanks for that

Seen joined jan 2014 deposited £2478 and withdrawn £1886 = £592.00 Profit for dash Loss the last two weeks of that £342 with no able to withdraw as bad game play .

32Red need to fix this. I suspect they will implement the same bonus system they have at the moment at 32Red to the other casinos in the group after they have fully tested it.

I dislike having to contact support to have the bonus credited as I don't want to waste their time.

The dash way on bonuses is you click deposited claim like i did ,It used to just get added to my balance like 32 red is the new way .

said its not unusual for the Dash claim system to delay for 3 minutes and i should spoke to live chat to claim it
