I sent verification docs to 3dice on Sunday pm, requested w/d on Monday am. Rcvd confirmation Monday am that verification was complete, and there would be a 24 hour waiting period til w/d was possible. This was for $15k. Asked for an update today and was told the w/d was still being verified. Hoping to receive payment this week, as they keep saying... but this is one heck of a payment verification. I'm in the US... I've read so much about all of the non-payment issues, that I'm paranoid now. Anyway.. my timetable thus far.

First Payout from ClubWorld

Its 4:30 am and I've been up for an hour - needless to say, I'm a little excited over my first cashout from CWC (Club World) early evening yesterday. For a minimum deposit I was able to cashout $350, and have already heard from Michael in the cashier cage that my docs have been verified, and pending a review my withdrawal will be processed soon as they can. I am, however, wondering what is left to review.

I'm more excited that since I've just come into the world of smart phones (yes, I'm old and yes it took me a while ), and found it so very easy to take the pics with my phone and send them in to the cashier. No getting the scanner warmed up (old like me), etc - just shoot and send.

I chose the PayMyCard option, and am very excited to be able to receive my winnings via this method. All in all, I'm just freakin' thrilled. Being that I'm old, calming down is my next move.

I would say it's definitely not Intertops. They wait 4 business days to process any type of request. So you if you make a withdrawal on Friday, they won't "process" it until the following Thursday. And then you have to wait for however long the method you chose takes. Based on what their chat tells me, with the CardPay option, if you make a withdrawal on a Friday, the earliest you might receive is 2 Monday's later (so, at least 10 days).

The Intertops rep got back to me here. Here's some more info on their withdrawal process:

"Request submitted on Mondays are processed on Thursdays.
Request submitted on Tuesdays are processed on Fridays.
Request submitted on Wednesdays are processed on Mondays.
Request submitted on Thursdays are processed on Tuesdays.
Request submitted on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Wednesdays.

No processing of payouts on the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays).
There is a 48hrs pending period (business days only) after the pending period withdrawal are processed within 24-48hrs."

Looks like best case scenario is probably 8-10 days to receive your money from Intertops.

So today, Intertops changed their website to say 3-7 days for Cardpay withdrawals, instead of the 48 hours they were previously advertising. I'm on day 12.

They emailed me yesterday to tell me my withdrawal was processed and the funds were sent to a Visa card last Wednesday. The only problem is, my card is a Mastercard....I'm hoping this is just more sub-par support, but I'm really starting to worry about this. For some reason, their support is only available 8-5 EST, so I have to keep waiting to find out what the deal is. I can't imagine a withdrawal going worse than this.

Their customer service has always been second to no one as far as I'm concerned. They're just great! Anyway, I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced a bit of a slow down on payments lately? I've had a withdrawal that was approved and processed since 10/25 and I still can't get a tracking number for the delivery of the 1st check. I've already contacted their customer service department and their Casinomeister player rep.. They are very polite and try to be helpful. I'm not complaining! Forget about tracking # from the casino, these are often delayed and I have (in past) received a packet long before casino received tracking # from processor. Sign up at the 3 major couriers and request notification of pending deliveries by whatever method you prefer. I've found that is much simpler and less stressful than waiting on the casino to receive their tracking #'s from the processors. Congrats on your win.

On Sept 5th I hit a random JP at inetbet for over $15,000 I could not believe it. Well when I requested my money was when the bullshit started.

First of all I had already been fully approved six months earlier. First e-mail I received not to congratulate me but to tell me I needed to resubmit all my documents because it had been six months since I was approve I thought that was the whole point of getting pre-approved.

Well after 4-5 days I was reapproved thank goodness. First I only ask for a small payout of $1500 to see how smooth it would go and determine what type of check they were going to send me. After 3 weeks finally got a tracking number. The check was US bank check not Canadian. Next I ask for a $1200 wire transfer. After a few days I received an e-mail telling me the max payout by wire on your first request is $500. I requested another wire for $500 ASAP. Under the fees and payout section it states first wire of the month is free. Well after two weeks of hearing nothing I e-mailed support about my wire transfer. I received a reply telling me it should be in my bank account in 3-4 days. Four days later FedX leaves me a package. I open the package and it contains a check for $450 dollars.

I then e-mail customer service and ask what is going on with my wire transfer. I stated I never got the wire transfer only a check by FedX for $450. I also told them they owed me $50 if I was now being paid by check because the wire transfer was suppose to be free of charge and since they changed the payment type I wanted that $50 back in my account. I never received any response at all from that e-mail.

So at this point with all the jerking around I have only received $2000 and over a month has pasted.

Next I requested a courier check for $2800. I only ask for $2800 because I did not want any problems cashing a check for a higher amount. Well I did not need to worry about that because I received another famous e-mail problem. The max payout by courier is $2500 they told me. So what do they do ? They split the payment into two payouts one for $2500 and 2nd for $300. I just canceled the $300 and put it back in my account because I did not want to waste 3 weeks to get $300.

Well today is Nov 20th and I am still waiting for the balance of my money. On average its been taking 3 weeks for each tracking number and another 3-4 days for FedX per check

I have to say my payouts at uptown aces have been super fast,request wire transfer Thursday was approved sent Friday, showed in my bank today and that was for the full 2500 that I am limited to a week
