Fast-pay Casino

Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue with any Casino.
I have played at Fastpay for quite a while now with no issues however in the early hours of Saturday i won just over 700 euro and decided to withdraw 620 of that and play with the rest.
So withdrew then received an e-mail it was rejected.Tried again,same.Went on to chat and was advised to try two withdraws 300 and 320,again rejected.
Asked then to try 20 euro but again rejected.
Then am told to do a bank transfer which i did.This is still showing pending for 700 euro and a manager told me on chat that the method is slow and cannot be sped up
his side.I asked why the payments kept being rejected and was told the GATE kept refusing the payments back to my visa card.
What the hell is a gate.I am not sure if i am being told a load of poo here and i am a bit worried the casino has changed from Fastpay too Slowpay or even Nopay.

Can't help, it doesn't have a UK license. Who runs it?

It's a Direx crowd Dunover.
I had an e-mail to say the payment has been made so i am sure it will be in my bank in a few days.
Just never had an issue like that before and the longer it staid pending the more nervous you get i suppose.
