Fraud Alert Fake Casinomeister accounts on Telegram charging for services

Earlier this year we needed to post this — Fraud Alert for iGaming Operators — to alert operators to some fraudsters that were operating on Skype under fake Casinomeister accounts. These people were using the faked accounts to take money from operators hoping to be promoted on Casinomeister. It now seems time to renew that warning because the scammers have set up shop on Telegram to do the same thing.

BEWARE: there are fake Casinomeister accounts on Telegram, @maxd_casinomeister for example. If you are doing business with this Telegram account, or any other account on Telegram, then you are being robbed, plain and simple.

FTR I have never done business directly with any client of Casinomeister, past or present, and I never will: that is the domain of the Sales department.

Anyone offering to charge you for services on Casinomeister should be doing it through a g2m.com email address or be able to confirm their authenticity through such an address. The Sales people also advise:

"we encourage our customers to ensure proper onboarding procedures are followed and to confirm our bank account details and crypto wallet [with a verified Sales person] before making any payments."​
