I am sure there is a list around here somewhere . I looked a little but didn't see anything . In our profile we can add Myspace but frankly I rarely use Myspace anymore and usually hit Facebook at least once a day . Will there be Facebook option in the near future? Thanx :)

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into it.

MySpace is dead in the water. Facebook is the "in-thing" now. I recently saw a documentary called "The Virtual Revolution", all about us humans and the evolution of the internet, and how it may have changed our behaviour. Sites such as Google, Facebook, and eBay were mentioned as the main driving forces, even the teenage site BeBo got a mention, but not a word about MySpace - as far as social networking sites go, it's ONLY Facebook that means anything.

Thanks to my meddling niece (the prodigal one), I too have a Facebook account, she made it last summer, and I had to "confiscate" it to limit any damage she might do by posting things on my behalf. I found she had ALREADY done a fair bit:eek:, and spent a while undoing it:mad:

i really like this idea - jackpot capital started this on their site but for casinomeister would be awsome i like facebook idea ty

That's a really fast way to lose your Facebook account:

Prohibited Content
...
Gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo, or poker without authorization from Facebook...

Hey Jackpot Capital, do YOU have permission from Facebook?

Prohibited Content ?

Hi there,

This rule applies only to advertisements on Facebook and can be found under Facebook Advertising Guidelines section, which does not apply for Fan pages.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

We simply have a Fan page for our business, offering customers an opportunity to interact with other customers as well as us. Also, sharing the latest news about our product with them.

Kind regards,
Yasmeen :)

Some dude from Tennessee:
Bryan,
Have you thought about any of the Facebook plug-ins? I noticed PAL had "Connect To Facebook" which may be Facebook application compatible with vB, not sure as I know very little.

I'm sure there is probably a profile plug-in similar to the MySpace you currently offer. The demograpics and growth of FB are changing rapidly.

I realize there may be some issues that concern you but I felt more at ease to at least inquire once I saw at PAL.

Some dude from California:
Yeah, I'm sure there is (a plug-in). I'll put it on my to-do list and possibly check it out later this week.

Done.

Should be working. Check out your User CP here and add your Facebook user name in the Facebook field: (scroll down to the additional information section)

Facebook Needed

There should be a facebook option because nowadays, there a lots of people having a facebook account. So why try in the future true where we can have it tried now.

Dude, what language exactly are you trying to speak in your recent posts here..

I will rephrase what I said:

There should be a facebook option because nowadays there are lots of people having a facebook account. This said option should be made quickly, so that we can try this stuff now. Thanks!! :)

I couldn't believe it when I heard that more than 400 million users have been on facebook within the past 30 days! That's pretty awesome.
I think it's from more people (Kids) doing that FarmVille. crap lol
That's one thing I could never get into.
By the way Luckylizzy your cute.
~T~

Thanks :) I really enjoyed some of the games there for a while even though I am 24 and not technically a kid. I sometimes still play Happy Aquarium. I used to be into a lot of them including mafia wars and cafe world. I got bored of them pretty quick though.

My favourite game on Facebook is keeping an eye on my profligate neice:D

The number of times she has told me one thing (sob story:rolleyes:), and contradicted this on Facebook.............;)

Funnily enough, SHE was the one that got me onto Facebook in the first place by making an account for me - she only has herself to blame when I find out things I was not supposed to:D

Hope to watch that soon,I'm interested on the topic

i have a facebook account and its easy for me to keep up with the whole family. there are 8 of us kids. i read and coment . its better then the phone, and i like the photos we can show each other. i dont do farmville or any of the games. ive never even tried them. i figure if im gonna sit on a comp and play a game i might as well try to win money doing it. so i gamble instead. i was told the games are addicting . i guess that goes with any games we play.

FB claims there are now 500 million users. I am still not convinced that it can survive "as is" (broad use) long term.

I rather play Mafia Wars then spend my money on a online casino and that's the truth..

If it were only kids, it will be okay, but i have even some freinds on my list, which are about 30+ and they also play this crap *rofl*

I'll never understand how they can waste so much time with these nonsense, but at least you can't lose any money on this game ;)

At the other side, i have a friend, which is a neighbour and live only 30 meters away from me and we've met us nearly every day and walked with our dogs together, but since his girlfriend have showed him farmville, he is now probably addicted to it, because i've seen him now never again and this is now longer than a half year ago :(

I rather play Mafia Wars then spend my money on a online casino and that's the truth..

and that's really a very wise decision :)
