Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask how everyones experiences have been at MG casinos? Good or bad? My gaming hasn't been going good at all so I wanted to see if anyone has been lucky and wants to share their experiences? Any feedback would be appreciated! Thx,
Patrina

I know, I actually started crying last night after being so frustrated. I will play $20-$30 then when I get down to $3 or so I will "almost" get the bonus round and it goes right by. Then I think ok, deposit another $20 and I'll get it, not so. Then I am pissed. I played at one particualr casino (I dont want to say because they actually have been good to me, and dont want to give them any bad rap) but i got up to $800 and then started going down, I didn't cash out and lost it all, stupid, so then I made around 3 or 4 more deposits in the following days and did really bad, so, I called them. They said because I didn't cash out, I will have to wager all of what I won to get back up there again. One time someone else told me that the longer you play a game, the better payout, so although I didn't cash out, I have wagered sooo much on my favourite game "jellyfish jaunt" wouldn't you think I would eventually hit the win and get the 5 jellyfish girls? It confuses me. I have tried to switch games many times and sometimes I get up to $100 or $200 but if I dont cash out I go down and I usually will get up there right when I start playing, so you dont want to cash out at that time, you want to play for a while. From now on, I will cash out and then go somewhere else. And, no matter where I play, if I'm given a bonus I never win, ever. If I withdraw and go back into that particular casino where I withdrew, I never, ever get anything either, even if it's a brand new game. I did download Red Flush today but haven't played there yet, have you? Or has anyone else played there yet? Are they part of another group? Anyway thanks, hopefully things get better for us.

I have actually done real well at the MG casinos the past few months. Had a real good run at Red Flush the past couple weeks also.
Heard alot of bitching but I can't complain. Then again I bet much different than most people

I'm not so sure that I'm bitching, rather expressing my experiences. Would you mind elaborating on "then again you bet much different then most people?" I make small deposits, anywhere from $20 -$50 but, I deposit a couple, few times a day and most of my bets are $1 @ .01 coin size. I have been playing for a few years now, probably 4 yrs. And the reason I started this thread was to see how others are doing cause my gaming has changed, big time. It's something that is really noticeable. It's not the losing, it's the play. I want to be able to play for a while. 32 Red is basically the MG casino that gives me my moneys worth and have been more then fair. I haven't deposited at Red Flush yet but that's where I think I'll be heading. You cant win all the time. I dont usually bitch about much, that is, until I get to the point where I want to pull my hair out or knock my computer off the desk :(

I was not actually meaning you were bitching but rather that there has been many posts lately about people complaining that casinos have tightened and are hard to beat. Lots of people seem to be in the same situation as yourself.

I bet different in that I don't bet many lines. I would rather load up on a line or two rather than ditribute my money over many lines

Thanks for clearing that up :) I am slightly sensitive right now as I have had two close friends die this week, I have been real sick and I just found a lump in my chest, so I'm a little overwhelmed. Because my body is wracked up, I dont do as much as I used to, so, gaming is my vice. When that falls short, it breaks my heart. I probably need to step back for a bit and get into my reading again. Anyway, blah blah blah, sorry, just wanted to explain myself. BTW Fortune Room just gave me a bonus so things are looking up. And, like this phase, this too shall pass. Damn it, I just wish it would hurry up:rolleyes: Nice to meet you and thanks for the reply, :) I never thought about cutting down the lines, that's actually something i'll try!! Take Care
p.s. I am going to go load my card soon..I think I'll check out Red Flush.

Past few months for me i have noticed that a lot of the games play different.
Last week they removed a few of the games i play regularly and i did notice a big difference in their play after they put them back online. Now i must admit i have done well the past 2 months with mg if i make a deposit i seem to of been able to cash out. Last week deposited total of 250 and withdrew 700, week before deposited 25 played all week and still had a withdraw of 400. I mostly play bellrock and i use more then one of their casinos, 32 red and canbet.
I find if one of the mg casinos are not hitting i deposit into a different one that seems to hit, next day i will play the one that didnt hit and so on. Who knows works for me but yes a few of the games like megamoola forget it since they upgraded the bonus cant even get a line hit of any kind or free spins.

I can honestly say I don't think it makes sense that slots will have 'tightened up' or anything like that.

These places were set up to make money from day one, it's no different now - they'll still be making money based on the predetermined house edge.

I think thanks to the national financial climate, we're all just a little bit more aware of where our pennies are going and how far they stretch...

I played (very low rolling and very quickly) at an MG on Friday for the first time in around two months, and hit absolutely nothing noteworthy for the lot... Gone in around fifteen minutes. I've done exactly this three years ago with 500 at 9 a spin and thought nothing of it...

Nothings changed IMHO.

I agree with Slotster on this one. Nothing's changed for me personally. I only play at one MG casino.....32Red. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. Sometimes I deposit $20 and play for hours and even manage to cashout. Other times I deposit $20 and it's gone in 15 minutes. I have gotten alot smarter in that I cashout more often. I'm recycling money more frequently now, and it makes a huge difference. Honestly, it all feels exactly the same for me.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I think, because I used to win so often, it is a shock that I am doing so horribly. I know that's the name of the game. I'm not a sore loser by any means. They cant pay out all the time, they are a business after all. It really upsets me though when I'm doing well and then the game spins up and I start doing horribly. 32 Red has been good to me, as well as Wild Jack and just recently Fortune Room has paid. So good or bad you have to take it if you want to play it. I was just curious to how everyone else has been doing. Thanks for the input!
Patrina Oh, and Good Luck to everyone!!

Other times I deposit $20 and it's gone in 15 minutes.

I have just deposited $30 in "two" different casinos and lost "both" $30 in credits in less then 5 mins. That is frustrating. Hopefully, next post is one were I can say my luck is back!

p.s. And that, is basically how it's been for the majority of my play :(

I disagree. Think of Mega Moolah. It is so easy to pick up. What other changes?

I invited one of my work mates to my home.
After few drinks (actually a lot of drinks) I started to play thunderstuck and he is watching. He is a guy who play pokie as well and never played online.
After I done 1k dollars(10 deposits) and total ~4K spins.

He said OH man, just stop, there is no way that pokie is not rigged.

1. 10 deposits all most all losing sessions
2. 2 sessions my bankroll actually went up less than 50. and never be able to move a bit.
3. constant 1 reel missing features.
4. more than 25 free spins never paid 30+ times bets.

the payout is lower than a pokie (80%-90%)

I know your guys may say , it is just bad luck. But I can sure you, based on my playing history on TS, it is just simple not.

I have already cut off my play and closed many MG accounts. After this one, well, this is my last standing. I have no plan on playing any MG casinos until at least MG offically clearify what changes made to Mega Moolah and maybe other slots as well.

Hope MG will, but actually has been questioned for weeks and none of them head up.

That's what I was wondering? Have the payouts changed? Does this happen?

Mega Moolah has changed i think once back in jan i got the random spin and won few bucks. Now when i play it im lucky if i even see scatters for free spins or a line that pays back my bet. Boogie monster and frankencash changed also
it looks like they removed a few symbols off reels 2 and 4 and there is not much in hits or bonus after they took them off for those few days. So now i look to see what games are missing and i take that way you will know they have changed the reels on them. But i cant complain i have the off day with mg but most my runs are in the plus side. Mind you i also had a horrid dry spell july and early aug.

Experiences at MG

I have played mainly at MG casinos for the last few years. They seemed to have been late bloomers in the loss of integrity arena, but they are most surely catching up. I too have noticed a difference in the odds and payoffs in the few sites I play at. Sadly enough they are better than most. I'm sorry to say, I have grown weary with the tacky practices and low percentages. I can drive to the coast and get a room. I can no longer justify the cost for the comfort of privacy. The US government has played a huge role in the online gaming disposition toward Americans and that's where the bulk of problems are. They are simply taking advantage of the situation. Ultimately, they will not prosper with this mode of operation.

Microgaming used to be a very reputable casino software platform and the blackjack felt random enough (though I could see that it figures out your betting pattern.) But since mid-June in my experience MG blackjack has changed for worse (for the player.)

Every six months eCOGRA certifies the "randomness and fairness" of the online casinos' random number generator. The next certification period ended in June (maybe mid-June?) After that, the sheet hit the fan. Maybe they don't care about failing the certification this period? Would eCOGRA actually fail multiple online casinos?

I think it speaks volumes that no Microgaming representative(s) are defending themselves in the multiple threads on this forum. Makes me wonder if MG is planning to close shop?

I had a dire month in september with mg casinos, but did ok with sportsbook betting.

In October I have so far done ok with MG casinos, but done dire with sportsbook betting... probably due to weather conditions,

with all this rain think maybe this is a good time to lay on betfair...

Think with gambling it is best to bet on the winning streaks when you seem to have the force with you, and minimize the losing streaks on days when you seem to have got out of the wrong side of the bed or can't do anything right...

if you really feel the need to gamble but are on a losing streak, don't risk your money, it isn't worth it. Is better to practise on that particular day/week in play for fun and see if you can work out new betting strategies/staking plans without risking any of your own money... you lose the thrill of winning real money, but practising and working out new ways of playing can be invaluable when you do come back to playing for real again...

As for MegaMoolah, it's quite obvious that the odds for the bonus round have gotten much worse. Haven't seen it in a decade :eek2:

But I made a small deposit yesterday and wanted to give it a try and I was nicely surprised with the payoff, mainly because triggering the free spins feature so often. I just had 200 spins or something like that and it triggered 4 times, which is an excellent average. (2 of the 4 features were triggered by 4 scatters). Overall I got my deposit of 25 up to 80 with MegaMoolah before I started to blow it on other slots with increased bet size. lol

But since it was just 200 spins, it's not a significant sample. But maybe the free spins feature is more likely to trigger now to make up for the non-appearing jackpot bonus. lol
