Experience with CASINOSILVER??

Hello!

This is my first post here, i hope you will excuse my bad english, because i am from Germany.

Some time ago there was a free 500$ bonus at Casinosilver. It had huge wagering requirements, but i somehow mangaged to play the money through.

The maximum payout on this bonus is 500$, but it says, that i will have to make a deposit of at least 50$ to identify myself. After this deposit i shall be allowed to withdraw the money. Because my only experience with online-casino-payouts was with virtual casino and took a lot of emailing and chatting with support, i would like to know, if somebody knows Casinosilver?

So, is here anybody, who knows whether Casinosilver is a good one and i can trust them with my money, or not?

Thanks for your assistance,

Takka

I have no experience with them, and I have actually never heard of them until now.

The use Parlay software, which isn't the worst but lots of places that use Parlay are less-than-ethical (Winward Casino, for example).

My initial impression of them - based on their web site - is that they are probably NOT the best place to trust. I have fairly good intuition with things like this. I am fortunate in that I have never once been screwed by any online casino, and I have played at many places.

They do not list any information about themselves (such as where they are located). They don't appear to have an affiliate program, which can sometimes shed more light on who they are. And worst of all - they don't appear to be licensed anywhere - that's NOT a good sign.

Basically, if I were you, I would not deposit here.

have they told you since you finished playing that it is simply a case of deposit 50, immediately withdraw 550? it should be, and it is understandable/common to require a deposit first to be able to withdraw to a method, in the case of NDB's and other normal use of payment methods as well. and the other parlay casinos are not particularly well-known for conning players out of money straight up. they aren't just going to open the window, take your money and shut it in your face. i hope not at least. but parlay is a cheaper brand of software and anyone could get a copy and run a nigeria scam through it, i guess. personally i would pay 50 bucks for a decent-to-good chance at getting 550 back out. but best to do some research to find out how likely they are to be a conjob.

you might try to pm a member here called aka23 or visit his site beatingbonuses dot com. if it was a large and valuable bonus, he probably knows about it.

At first i want to thank you for your very fast answers. I just tried to do some research about them on the internet, but found out nothing. I emailed them to give me some information like where they are licensed, now i wait for their answer. But i think i will only give it a try, if the 50$ dont mean much for me, so i will have to win somewhere else, to shot the 50$ at this risk.

Greetz,

Takka

anyone else from germany ever heard of casinosilver?

I also have never heard of casinosilver.... wonder if it's new or just trying to slip under the radar with a different name in germany.
do you have the managers name?
Anyone else here from germany ever heard of this casinosilver?

I only had to deposit once to cashout.. it was the free spin promo for
777dragon. and it now sits in the PAB section here at CM. (don't worry bryan .. I know they were confusing t&c's .. etc) I was denied the winnings after being told I had to deposit $25 to get the free spin winnings...

Casino Silver has been around for quite a while...I think it was 2005 when I played there last time :D
Their Get Crakin' slot is very addictive... :D

Nice day for a spot of digging;
Pity the garden is still too waterlogged:D

Casino Silver seem to be related to CyberBingo corporation, licenced in Antigua & Barbuda. Presumably, this is where Casino Silver is licenced too.

They are incredibly secretive about who they are on the Casino Silver site, however in trying to link to the T & C for the free $500, up popped CyberBingo, with a few more details:D

The terms for CASINO Silver seem to have been cut & pasted from a bingo site, as they keep mentioning players "cards", "buying in" to each game, and "game schedule". Complete nonsense when talking about online slots & blackjack.

Now for the "free" $500 - not so free yet again, it is NOT a case of depositing $50 and then withdrawing $550, there are a number of terms (and some seem to contradict others), but it looks like this $500 is a PLAY BONUS, and will be removed once a withdrawal has been requested.
Further, term 11 states:-

11. Signup Offer Terms and Conditions
In order to be eligible to win up to $500.00USD, the customer must satisfly playthrough requirements equal to or greater than 50x the amount of the signup bonus they receive. Playthrough may be satisfied through any combination of wagers in Slots, Video Poker, Keno, Table Poker or Pull Tabs. Cashouts are subject to the same rules and regulations as all cashouts as outlined in this document.

Yes, thats 50x the $500, or $25,000 playthrough, and it MAY well be that the $500 is "Phantom", with only winnings withdrawable after meeting playthrough.

It certainly LOOKS like Parlay, but with NO ADDRESS for the company, it is not possible to see if it is Winward in disguise, or a separate entity.

However, they seem to pay FINNISH players, so they can't be too concerned about their bonus terms being legitimately hammered.
$50 isn't much though, so ask a few questions, namely whether the $500 is actually withdrawable at the end of the 50x playthrough, or whether it really is a case of only winnings & deposit being withdrawable and the $500 being removed.

Winward offer a $500 100% deposit SUB, and seem to pull every trick they can find to avoid paying players who actually WIN off this bonus. (Three years ago, they DID pay winners from the SUB - they paid me:D)

strange casino

It sure doesnt look like any of the casinos that are shown through this site. They only have a few choices of each slots and they make wierd noises and dont seem to spin normally. The video ones that they have (2 of them) seem to run okay . It's kind of like thinking you are going to Disney World but ending up at a carnival

It seems like a very small company runs this casino .

, agree, small company, i wouldnt bet too high that you get your money.
Your english isnt bad, but anyway: if you want any help in german, please feel free to send me a pm in german!
Oh: welcome to the forum!

i played there like 2 years ago with a free $50 no deposit promo they had..i didn't like the software at all especially the slots although their jacks or better let me play for like 1 week going up and down on that same $...g/l

While logged into the cashier, the listed wagering requirement is 100x $50 = $5000. This fits with the wagering listed at

under "Casino Silver Rules and Regulations", but not wagering requirement listed on Casino Silver's website.

www.bingoville.com (savinet enterprises) has similar rules and regs as casinosilver and charmed except 15x wager requirements. I had trouble with bingoville (never got paid on one occasion and stopped playing there) and only after a couple e-mails did I get paid by casino silver. But at least they did pay me. This was maybe 1 1/2 years ago. They use Parlay Entertainment software.

Cheers, tp
