When they ditched the download casino I tended not to play there so often but last week got a'welcome back' offer of a no risk cash refund of up to 100 euro. This is the sort of offer which sounds too good to be true but given my previous good experience with them I deposited the 100 and played it through on slots max bet 2 euro, so although there was no term I could see specifying games/stakes there was no likelihood of abuse accusations. Lost it in short order but thought no problem I'll get the refund.
Unfortunately the stated time for the refund came and went so I emailed them and got a vague 'technical issues' response and since then had had my emails ignored ans no refund made to my account. I've since discovered the Expekt has changed hands and so the previous reliability might not still apply. Anyone else played there recently and had issues?
