Hello for everbody.

Thank you for accepting me in Casinomeister Forum.

I am an affiliate. One of my website is Evolution dot Casino since 2015. I am doing affiliate for some casinos.
Evolution Gaming just started case by WIPO to claim this domain from me.

As I understoot many emails and discussion, they want to make affiliate themselves like Netent. Or maybe they will surprise us and make their own casino.

I am really surprise; how can Evolution Gaming want to make affilaite ? Do they need this ?

If all game providers and payment methodes start to make professional affiliate. What will we do ?

It will be a short stay unless you read the forum rules - please do NOT plug your website here.

Thanks.

Sorry. I don't try to plug my website. I have a domain case. I just write domain Evolution ( . ) Casino
Is it ok ?
Believe me I dont need backlinks. 90% I will lose this domain 17. July 2020 by Wipo. I just try to announce how greedy Evolution gaming.

did you not like the answers you got on gpwa and agd?
You should have asked first before using it, the fact that you promote evolution especially on there causes a trademark problem, as you have been advised elsewhere.

No I didnt ask. I didn't think to ask. I used their logo on home page next to evolution gaming content. I didnt use their logo as my website logo. or I didn't try to show my website as evolution gaming official website. It makes no sence.

But if I win case. If I can keep domain. I will open my own online casino.

As I suggested on GPWA you should spend some time working on your Plan B. Buy another domain and redirect your site to that and retire the existing domain. Make the new domain something brandable like EvoFanSite.com. Problem solved.

Look at it like this, if you open a burger bar and call it McDonald's Burgers, and use a big yellow 'M' as your sign, how long do you think you would last?
Or open an online grocery shop called tes.co

If your site was (for example) based round the evolution of online casinos in the last 20 years, then I think you would be in a much stronger position, but as it stands I think you are going to lose the domain.

I would argue that Evolution don't have a casino, therefore Evolution dot casino isn't actually passing off as them, but I wouldn't rate your chance of winning very high at all.

Well if you have enough money to open an online casino, losing a bit of affiliate income and a domain name should not be a worry to you at all :)

if they open their own casino or affiliate website with domain

evolutiongaming . casino
it will worth for me to open a casino on
evolution . casino

I don't even know why you're thinking like this. Just stay away from it, you'll only create yourself a world of hurt and expense. Even if you feel you're in the right, is it really worth fighting and creating more problems for yourself? Just put your energies and money into moving forward to save the traffic you currently have. Build a brand of your own, don't use someone else's name or part thereof.
