Can someone help answer this question.

I place a £10 bet on Crazy Time feature

The top slot flashed up as x10 Crazy time.

Wheel was spun and landed on Crazy time.

The huge crazy time wheel was spun, I selected my wedge and landed on x1000

I was paid just under £10,000

But because the top slot said x10 crazy time should this not have increased my bet from £10 to £110 and therefore my winnings should have been £110,000?

I'm trying to work out if it's a glitch or not.

The multiplier is applied to the digital wheel before the spin occurs - so you hit 100x which was increased to 1000x by the top slot. So I believe your win would be 1000 x £10 plus £10 for £10,010.

Ahh, okay thanks Jason for the easy explanation. So I guess the original 100x on the feature wheel is the lowest?

Honestly, the last time I played was a few years a go.

It was my first return to the game in those few years, I bet £5 on the remaining featured games and £10 on Crazy, it was either my third or forth stake so all in all £100 or £75. It was all quite a blur, personally I don't find these live games addictive.

I guess I just hit it at the right time. But yeah cheers.

The original 100x (boosted to 1000x) is one of the best outcomes - I believe you usually get 10x to 100x, doubles and sometimes 200x, triple and other spicier wedges.

So in your case, the minimum would have been 10x wedge x 10x top slot for £1010.

I guess I just hit it at the right time. But yeah cheers.

Not kidding, people play that game for months and don't hit 1000x - so very much right place right time! Enjoy the winnings

I had the same problem, by the way. But when I started to look into it, I was just blocked on the platform.

Look into what? There wasn't a problem here - just a misunderstanding on when the top slot was applied to the features. Not sure why you would be "blocked on the platform" for reading a help file...
