The bad thing is people new to online casinos would be tempted. Surerly there is loads whom sign up and deposit to such clip joints...

I recently found this post regarding license 1668/JAZ when searching for information about Evobet.
This is my first post and I probably will be accused of being biased but I will try to be as neutral as possible.
I am by no means affiliated with Evobet or CW Marketing (or any other casinos).
As I did in Askgamblers I already left a review for this casino.
My first impression of the site was very good as it was clear, had many many games and good communication via Live Chat.
As I do at many casinos I made an initial deposit and played for a while.
Almost immediately lady luck was on my side and I hit a very big jackpot in the StarBurst game
(I have it filmed as it was multiple 5 bars with a 10 euro bet).
Since then my feeling about this casino is mixed.
The live support is very fast and helps you with basic task and questions.
But as soon as it is a more complex or financial question you are requested to send an e-mail.
In the last month I have tried to withdraw my winnings.
This is being done but very slowly.
The maximum withdrawal is 1000 per transaction and sometimes transactions take up to 72 hours to be approved.
Also no transactions are approved in the weekend.
The support team has been average helpful as they just say they have to follow procedure.
With these procedures it has been almost one month and still I have not been able to withdraw the complete amount.
This is a little frustrating because you do not get the "i won a jackpot" feeling if every week you just get some of the money in your account.
So in short
Pros
- A LOT of games and multiple gaming providers
- Multiple live games and providers
- Friendly and fast support live for simple issues. (they even offered me a free bonus for the delay)
- Site is well build and works fast for me in Netherlands
- Personally I have a good feeling about this casino and can honestly say I like it.
- I have had quite some BIG Wins (I film them all) on Netent games which normally do not pay so much on other casinos. (This is a GUT feeling as I have no statistics to proof it but I do have a big positive balance still!)
Cons
- Verification took 3 days prior to first withdrawal.
- Communication only by e-mail and no phone number to call
- Withdrawal maximum of 1000 per transaction
- You get your won money but takes long time
- This delay gives may temp some people keep gambling and loose their winnings.
- Big withdrawal not possible after hitting a big win
- Stuck to procedures

I am by no means a "pro" in Online Casinos and my recommendation was purely based on MY experience with the casino as a player (that hit some lucky bets).
They have treated me well and have paid winnings (even if they have not made a single Euro of profit from my bankroll).
They indeed are slow to react on e-mails and some payments take longer than I am used from other casinos.
But lets leave my recommendation aside as that is not my concern now.
Could you explain to me what the issue is with license 1668/JAZ?
I mean I have seen many casinos based on Curacao that operate correctly.
But I do not understand what the 1668/JAZ issue is?
I have read forums and some sites like ShThole casinos website and don't understand what the issue is but just many warnings not to use ANY curacao casino.
There are basically "only" four casino providers in Curacao that are allowed to give out licenses (That's what I understand from this site casinojager -> curacao-casino-licentie-is-vertrouwen / unfortunately in Dutch)
Is it an issue that online casinos on curacao do not payout or that they are not using correct random number generators? Or what is the exact issue making them less reliable for example than a Malta casino?
I am asking this as I never had any problems but since finding this post I am starting to get nervous about online casinos.
Is the part about illegal bets regarding UK only or other countries?

ok, but seriously.. There are indeed sites that operate using only a Curacao license that have decent reputations, helpful support, don't prey on the new and clueless with predatory bonus terms and payout on time, every time, but this is not because of the license.. this is because they are operated by someone with half a brain that understands there is much more to be gained in a long term view than there is by being crooked and shady before your name becomes mud and my dog won't crap on your tables, yet alone will I deposit with you.
The teeth on the enforcement animal that stands guard over these licenses are dull at best, non-existent at worst.
As a joke I have compared the curacao license to a diploma from the university of phoenix.. sure there are absolutely brilliant and successful people who have the diploma that you can trust to do work on your behalf.. but this is not a deal breaker when they are handed out.. it is more of a proof of purchase than an accreditation

I have found that when I signed up initially UK players were accepted. I deposited just shy of £1k and now they have a cloudflare blocking system for UK IP's and have changed the terms and conditions and registration form even though on my account it still states im from the UK. Crooked casino and should be avoided at all costs.
I have asked for my deposits back and even tested the live support who when asked if they accept UK players that As long as you accept the terms and conditions you can deposit and use the site im sure this is a license breach.

Oh deary me! Yet another poor sod who has been taken in by this shithole casino. 1668/JAZ is quite simply a worthless fraudster's license. You have no comeback, player rights or any kind of protection. Payments to winners are made on a voluntary basis, i.e. if you play high enough stakes or make enough deposits for them to be tempted to reel you in. Once you win anything of note, your account will be toast and you won't be paid. Money only goes one way into these shithole sites.

Yep pretty much. No chance of claiming that back as im sure they are operating against the law? My bank can't even chargeback as its outside of the realm they can operate too
