How exactly do these operate? They seem to be popping up all over the place.

How safe is our money at an Everymatrix white label?

Does the white labelee provide some form of financial guarantee to everymatrix to insure players are paid?

Does Everymatrix do due-diligence on every new white label application?

I'm tempted to play at some of them but the relationship between the white labelee and the operator doesn't seem clear. Do they really care as long as they get their license fee from the white labelee?

Im not 100& how it works, The way EM has been playing ball lately than it would not surprise me if some casino's went under than they would not give a sh*t,

Not even casino with U.K can financial guarantee our moneys for us in U.K, though it state money is held separate? Yes only in one of there other banks which can easily be get at if they decide to shut up shop,

Every time I make a withdraw I wonder if I am going to see it, & its normally only a few hundrund, I would not like to think about theses big rollers taking out thousands, Its terrible really as you would of thought that you had some security now days and was no need to worry,

Just imagine if 888 decided to do a runner  They have thousands of sites

I suggest you go to their website and read a little about how they operate.

Those casinos that are accredited here or have a good reputation you don't need to worry about. Several of them are just using a small part of EveryMatrix service.
You should never sign up to a new casino without doing a research first, no matter if they have anything to do with EM or not.

What is scary now is their unwillingness to list those casinos that are using their licence, which means that people who have self excluded from one casino not are prevented to play at another. They can lose a lot without knowing that they never will get paid in case they win.

Yes, I certainly understand casinos can utilise certain services from Everymatrix, such as their sportsbook, casino or even billing platforms. My concern though is the white labels that are popping up. These white labels basically openly state that they're owned and operating under the auspices of Everymatrix (and their license). There is nothing written about who the white labelee is, individuals, company, nothing. All it says is Everymatrix and about Everymatrix.

Should we then expect that Everymatrix are directly responsible for any payout issues relating to every Everymatrix white label?

That is not a question for us members to answer. Maybe you can ask their rep or a rep for a casino that are using EveryMatrix.

I do think you need to split those that are using their licence from the rest though, but I doubt that EveryMatrix would allow any of those casinos to run of with the money. They are probably kept separate. At least that's what it's says on some of those casinos.

Not only that, I am still amazed that they have not bothered to respond to several requests on the lag issue. I have PM'ed their rep at least twice and he failed to acknowledge or respond to me. He has visited the thread multiple times during this time.

EM at this moment does not give me any confidence whatsoever.

I believe their rep got orders to not respond to anyone but Bryan. He did respond to me once when he was new but nothing after that.
I also assume he is sent A LOT of pm's about both lags, questions and issues. I would not like to be that rep.

So I don't think he's allowed to post much. I would love him to prove me wrong though

I wonder what mess there is in their servers since they can't seem to fix those lags. Imagine 64 clients that all are using different products on their sites provided by EM. Everyone have different setups and different games. All have a different amount of customers. Some works and some don't.
Some have been smart and are not taking their games from EM ;)

I suppose if he responded to me via PM stating that he would not respond in the forum it would be different. Ignoring someone or pretending you do not care is more harmful to their brand.

Whatever their issue, I'm not impressed by them.

Keep to what you know and trust

I too have also been noticing that Everymatrix white label casinos are popping up all over the place. While I am sure the vast majority of them are fine I won't be taking any chances. I will stick to the Accredited List or try then out when they go through BOF (If they chose that is). My two favourite White Labels are Next Casino and Casino Luck, never had any issues with them except the usual lag issues and game errors. Looking forward to when Guts moves over to the new platform as I am sure that will be a great improvement for them.

I have no idea of what financial criteria they set out before they allow an White Label to operate. I do know that Everymatrix can have your casino website up and ready to go for 250,000. I have read on a website (can't remember which one) that a new owner can expect operational costs to be around 1 million in the first year (That includes I believe 200,000 in reserves). Anyway I have no way of knowing the veracity of this information nor do I understand the back end of the business as much as others but that amount seems pretty low to me.

So these sites will stay and thrive (we hope) or they will fail and some unfortunate players will be stung. Remember a couple of years ago RedRabbit? I know it was not an Everymatrix site but RedRabbit was here one day and then poof gone the next. I hope that doesn't occur here but this can be a fickle business so only time will tell. Meantime my money goes to those sites that are Accredited or pending Accreditation:)

I PAB'd against an Everymatrix licensed casino over a €500 payout, so I certainly too would like to understand how this stuff works. Just in case I need to start deciding where do I carry my money.

If you have self excluded from one casino that are using EveryMatrix licence, but you still want to play somewhere else, then just make sure the licence in the bottom does not include the number 497.
Or make sure by asking their support.
