EveryMatrix bonus system question

Hi all ,

Sorry if there is an answer somewhere already but I’m a bit confused as how the bonus system works at a EveryMatrix casino I currently signed up to.

I signed up , deposited and got a bonus 100% .

Straight away my balance shows as bonus balance .

I started playing and got my balance to about GBP730 Without touching the bonus money.

I wanted to withdraw but it won’t let me to. There wasn’t an option to cancel the bonus myself and I contacted live chat. They said that I can’t cancel the bonus or withdraw until I meet the wagering requirements .

Is this correct ?

Since you are from the uk you should be able to cash out if you just have used your own money.

What casino is it? Have you checked if they have a rep here you can contact?

That’s what I thought too, but apparently it isn’t the case there which is strange .

No rep here neither are they accredited .

I didn’t want to mention the name of the casino here as want sure if I’m allowed to .

But yes - I won with my own cash but can’t withdraw .

Of course you're allowed to mention what casino it is about. It can make it easier in case others have had any experience with them.

100% you can cashout as long as you havnt touched bonus funds. Even the likes of Karamba etc have started adhering to these rules.

If you look hard enough you can find the actual UKGC terms in their handbook.
