Resolved Everest Poker CS Isn't Responding to Me

Has anyone else played here? If so, how did you find their customer support?

I've been sending them messages via their website for several days now and it would be easier to get blood out of a stone than get a reply from them.

Is it me? :sob:
 
FWIW, we've had quite a low incidence of PABs and forum complaints on Everest.

Hopefully, he/she will get their customer support to do me the courtesy of responding.

The power of the Casinomeister knows no bounds. Within 20 minutes of me making the above post and sending an email and PM to GrandVirtualCS, I have received a response. As I said when thanking him for the response "it is so nice not to be ignored". I've been sending them emails for nearly a week and have got nowhere.

Casinomeister certainly unblocks the worst blockages. :notworthy

I'll let you know whether my problem is resolved.

Do you unblock drains as well? :smilewink:

However, I really think Everest need to address the quality of their customer support. If my experience is typical then you are turning off lots of new customers. I've played online poker for years and I have never known such a poor customer support experience.
