Just wanted to say that so far so good. I deposited $100 and had the $100 bonus. I played the video slots and liked them a lot, great bonus rounds and free spin features, and the best: they are hit very often. Very kind customer service, special thanks to Luke. I also tried their poker site and liked it a lot as well. I ended up cashing out $370. Ill keep you updated on how that goes.

In my honest opinion, Grand Virtual software is one of the best and yet most highly underrated softwares out there!
Some of their slots are a 'little odd', in fact most of them are! But most also have big-hit potential and are very entertaining!

When you cashed-in, did you have any bonus chips left in your account (almost impossible no to)?
If so, did you know you can carry on playing with this 'sticky bonus' and cash-out more real money if you win & get ahead? I've done this a few times where I've managed to add 4 or 5 more small cash-outs to my first big one!

I must say this is one set of casinos I do miss playing at. My issue with this group was sending off all my id. If you all can share with me how you got this group to accept your id plse do. As i have tried everything with them. I sent off drivers, a picture health card. 3 different bills. A copy of 3 months of transactions from my ewallets. Then they wanted bank statements i sent off 3 of those but i did block off account middle name and a id number that i wished not to share. Then in return they wanted 6 months of full bank statements nothing blocked a 6 month frame of visa card purchases that they already had.
So in turn this left me still blocked from playing with them as there was no further way of me sending more info off to them that they already had. Their customer support is only email and that took 3 days for them to respond. And most times they never read the email just responded back from the subject line.

I didnt know that you could continue playing with that money left. Thats great.

I play at casino lux often which i believe is the same software i've never had a problem depositing or withdrawing and i've never been asked for any id at all. Withdrawl time to my money bookers was 24hrs sometimes less, i also think they are great and highly under rated.

That's ridiculous! :what:
I don't remember ever sending them ID (I might have, but I joined March 07 & could have forgotten)

Have you contacted the rep here about this?

You may not want to after the run-around they've given you, but it might be worth a try...

Two Canadian players, one plays & withdraws without problem, yet another gives more financial information than the taxman demands, but still they are not satisfied:confused:

Of course it is, and unbecoming of an accredited casino, so although you, lauram, have no interest in playing there any longer (so it seems), there is something here that needs an explanation from the rep, namely how this can STILL not be enough - I cannot see how there can be any MORE, and the demands have ALREADY involved far more personal information than should EVER be entrusted to an online casino, reputable or not.

Yup the Grand virtual brand is underrated, I would agree with that.
Though the slots are a little quirky but at least they are different and I am all for innovation.

One drawback though is the generally poor level of CS GV casinos offer.
No telephone or live chat and often long response times with email.

Certainly worth a try if you are disillusioned with the main brands.

Thanks KK for the link. If I recall correctly this all began just after I joined the cm forum. The issue was one of my first posts, and if i recall right yourself and a few other members tried to help me with this. I received the only message from their rep that their policy has never changed. After 3 deposits id must be submitted before accepting your 4th deposit.
At first I had thought the issue was them reading my documents. I had sent a copy via email and copies from their website area. The few items I had sent seemed to be accepted. all they would say was that they needed to make sure it was me depositing. At this time i had used visa and forward them the copy of the visa bill where they showed the payment off my card.
Then as i said went one step further they wanted to see me paying my visa card. After weeks of trying to get this sent off to them I gave up.
That was one of my last times using visa directly to pay for playing at any casino. I also stopped using c2p as my visa was used for those online casino purchases also.
I enjoyed their games as they are different then other online casinos. I just got to the point that where I gave up trying.

(sorry for the bump)

I wish i knew this yesterday, i got just over $100 with $16 left in my bonus account, i thought you had to wait until the bonus was at $0.00 before withdrawing like at MG casinos. I would of done the above otherwise. :(

Also, do you know how long Everest take to send money to e-wallets please?

Cheers. :)

Oh dear! That was a bit of a boo-boo! :eek2:
No, you don't have to reduce the bonus chips by even 1c - they just stay in your account, even after you withdraw.

I use Neteller and I've always been paid inside 24hrs.
(I don't check down to the precise number of hours for any cash-outs).
The first cash-out will be longer if you haven't sent in your verification documentation already.

What a shame, i could of done with that $100 too they way i've been losing. :D

Thanks anyway, just waiting to here from them as i requested the cash-out this morning. Shame they don't have Livechat or even a phone number tho.

I have another question :o

Do you know how long they take to reply to emails? Sent them one 2 days ago but still haven't received anything back? I also haven't received a confirmation email on my cash-out & that was just over one day ago. I would send a message to their rep on here but they've only made one post, so quite in-active.

I e-mailed Fantasy (same group) last week & they replied 32.5hrs later

What you have to remember about the reps (as MaxD pointed out to someone else the other day), they may not be active on the forum but if you send them a PM they will get an e-mail alerting them about it & should reply pretty quickly.

Ok, thank you. I'll give them a PM then.:)

I must say this is one set of casinos I do miss playing at. My issue with this group was sending off all my id. ....

My understanding from their rep is that you have misunderstood the outstanding documentation requirements. They say:
We are only missing two documents: click 2pay account
screenshot and a purchase authorization form for a credit card.

You might want to get in touch with them to clear this up.

Thanks max I am in contact with them now. The issue is most of my records are on a older computer. So its trying to figure how to pull them off to show him. My issues seemed to start in march. In jan and feb as i look back i had played at their casinos. Shot off the id through their website. It was not till i asked for a withdrawal that is when all this started.
I did enjoy their games, now i am at the point i just wonder why they make it so tough to get in touch with their caisnos. And when your email does get through they never respond back.

Hi All,

I'm an affiliate manager from Everest, just started posting at Casinomeister in the past couple weeks-been a great experience so far!

If you are still having issues, I would be happy to take a look into your account and see what is going on. PM me your username and I can take a look into the problem.

Glad to see everyone else is enjoying our casinos! We've got a lot of new features rolling out each month. If you haven't taken a look yet, Imperial Casino has been completely redesigned. And all of the lobby's are in the process of redesign as well. Let me know if you have any questions!

Regards,

Tanya

Welcome to the forum Tanya :).

I must say I like Everest Casino. I went through the verification process last month and it did take about four days to complete. But there were no problems atall and I got a $10 free chip which was nice.

I like some of the slots especially one called 'Jungle Adventure', though I am yet to win a big prize on it. It does play nicely and feels like a 'one arm bandit' you could find on a seaside pier.

I only have a couple of gripes. One is the VP is very slow. The other is the lobby music which to me sounds a bit manic and discordant. Hopefully that is one thing that could be improved in the future. Otherwise it is a nice place to play at .

Hi Diamond Geezer,

Thanks for the suggestions and I'm happy you've had a great experience so far. I will pass on the information about the slowness and music. There should be a button in the lobby to turn off the music.

Jungle Adventure is a good one. Have you tried Jurassic Cash? The jackpot ticker is at $686,000 right now.

Thanks again for the info!

Regards,

Tanya

I like the games, they are a nice change to all other slots out there. made a deposit a few days back, doubled it and cashed out.
no docs were required and the money in my neteller within 24 hours. Thumbs up from me!

I've recently heard from the casino peeps on this and it seems to be what they have to say is perfectly relevant to the issue here:
... we have given her enough time to provide the requested
documents and she has not satisfactorily done so. We are still missing:

1. screenshot of click 2pay account
2. a purchase authorization form for one of her credit cards

In addition to that, she has not yet been unable to locate the emails
requiring 6 months of bank statements that we supposedly sent her.

If you have the stuff the casino needs I'd suggest you get in touch with them ASAP and resolve this.

Given the situation I don't think it is fair to complain about the casino being slow or unresponsive.
