Hello,

This is a first time for me so please be kind :) I dont know what I should do, I started playing at eurogrand and won an small amount of money. Now I tried to withdraw the money and got a message from support asking me to send in some copies of creditcard and id, so I did. Since then it has been completley quiet and this from an casion that states on there page that they have excelent support that answers real quick. Its been a couple of days now and still no answer.

What should I do, have they played me? Or is this normal?

Im new in this internet-casino world, please help me.

Best regards

How long has it been since you submitted w/d? They have 96 hours pending period not including weekend i believe but after that they do pay. That's my experience with this group anyway.

Welcome to CM!

Some casinos are just slow & bad on communication etc.

Did a quick search in here & they are part of William Hill Group & have a rep here.

You can send them a msg in here: Link Outdated / Removed

Hope it gets solved & you get your money!

Hi, I have been playing Eurogrand for years now, and I have cashed out many many times with them. I would go onto the online chat and confirm that they have received your documents. The first cash out with any casino usually takes longer because you have to send them documents before they will process your withdrawal. With Eurogrand, I would not worry. You will get your money once they receive the documents. Good luck :)

Thanks for the feedback guys, Im just new to this and not used for it to take so long. I got nervous when they took time to answer my questions. I just got an mail from them today stating that it can take 3-5days from the day they approve the withdrawal so I will have to wait and see.

Its typical that they answer my mails just after I made a post here. But I feels much better now when you tell me that EuroGrand is OK.

Its annoying to wait, I just made the withdrawal to see that they pay. I will use them again when I get my money.

I will post here when I get my payout.

Best regards

(Oh my god its been a long time since I wrote anything in english so I apologize if its hard to read what im trying to say)

Some OC's have their own compliance dept., so if in fact they received your documents it shouldn't take long to approve or deny.

Although many operators send the documents to a third party for verification which can cause delays.
