Slow Pay Eurogrand nightmare: slow or no pay exceeding 6 months

My experience at Eurogrand turned into a nightmare 6 months ago, that's when I made the withdrawal request that still has not come through. I had been a customer a long time, mostly losing money, but as soon as I started winning and made that withdrawal, the problems started to occur.

On March 26th this year I received an email from them they had processed my withdrawal. 5 days later I asked them how come the money is not in my Moneybookers account - and they told me that by manager's decision they had changed the method to bank draft. I think this is terrible as bank drafts are very slow, very expensive to cash here in Europe and the banks in my country think that bank drafts are almost as bad as cancer.

I waited the first bank draft about two months to arrive, and it never did. The cancellation of the bank draft took over 21 business days which I find excessive. Thee second bank draft they claimed they sent me I never received as well. I triple-checked the addresses so that there was no chance that the postal services could have made a mistake. I also requested that the latter bank draft would have been sent by express courier. My request was ignored until it was too late.

Now the last 3 weeks I've been trying to cancel the second bank draft withdrawal, but no success. The support team sends me the same e-mail that they are still waiting for their bank's update. If they had at any point cared about me or my withdrawal, they would have sent the money by now. I am not even sure if they ever sent me the bank draft, or is it all just a stalling tactic to not pay me? I do not know. I feel helpless.

I just counted that there have been over 70 e-mails going back and forth regarding my withdrawal in process. So it's not that I have not asked and most certainly they have not forgotten about my withdrawal.

What should I do now? I have made an promise not to play there or their other sister casinos anymore.

The day I posted this I received an email from them that they have canceled the never arrived bank draft. I requested that this time the new bank draft would be sent via express courier (fed ex with tracking id) and they forwarded it again to the management. Oh geez, getting a reply from them will take another 3 weeks.

I would really prefer a moneybookers payment, but as I've read here, them insisting on bank drafts is a FU clause. I am getting the double FU clause as I never received the first two bank drafts. I play slots 99% of the time, so it doesn't seem to matter what you do or who you are.

Perhaps they agree to my request to send the new bank draft via fed ex and I will some day receive it. But I dont wanna get my hopes up too soon. I will keep you posted. Naturally I do not recommend playing at Eurogrand casino unless you are fine with bank drafts after over a 6 month delay..

lol at these douches.
6 months, "forwarding to managers", changing the payout method....
Such bullshit.

I hope you get your money.

From my own experience...You will not get paid. They will lie again and again, and will have every excuse available not to pay you. Eurogrand are thieves!

Eurogrand is the worst Playtech Casino I ever played. Deinstalled it from my desktop after a few live chat "attempts" and one cashout attempt.

The most logical explanation for THREE bank drafts not turning up is that they NEVER SENT THEM. This an excellent stalling tactic. According to the "money laundering rules" that casinos LOVE to use when insisting on refunding back to the deposit method, they should have returned the money presumably to Moneybookers. This, sadly, would have made this stalling IMPOSSIBLE while claiming they had paid.
Their refusal to allow a postal method that ALLOWS TRACKING is because this will reveal that no such post had been sent, and then FedEx would be after them for landing THEM in the mess of lies too.

Eurogrand SPAM CONSTANTLY, almost as much as Gold VIP Club. I don't think I even need to refer to the rogue pit before telling you they will be found there. The entry will also list the sister casinos to be avoided.
How Playtech ever got one over eCogra beggars belief. Playtech are willing to allow these plainly rogue operators to continue, yet now seek to make it look as though Playtech is somehow "accredited".
Unless you look deeply, you will miss the trick, all that eCogra have determined is that Playtech SOFTWARE is fair, this says NOTHING about the casinos that use it.
It would have been better for the process to have involved not just the software, but the fairness AND FIRMNESS of the company itself, ensuring measures were in place to prevent rogue casinos from using the software.

There are other casinos that have SOFTWARE accreditation and/or licenses from some regulatory body, but design the way they state this to make it easy for site visitors to read this as the CASINO itself holding the license or accreditation.

Kindly point out to me where Playtech or any of its operators, or software, have been accredited or approved by eCOGRA in any way, shape or form.

Shhhh....don't tell anyone I told ya, but you can get in trouble for that.

Don't worry about it. I'm just trying to get the poster to either clarify or correct his statement, failing which we can assume the information in question is incorrect.

As for the bump... the muppet is already slapping me around on the golf course so I guess we can say I've already received my punishment... ;)

As some time has passed, I believe we can consider the issue of Playtech and eCOGRA irrelevant - so from this point on, the thread shall stick to Eurogrand. No further insinuations about other parties will be tolerated.
