error code GLS-05 Playing on Sky Vegas

i play captain venture on sky vegas testerday got error code GLS-05 would not load,tried again today same problem.chat said no issue there end would i log out and clear cache etc.did that same problem, back onto chat gave her my details for her to try game she came back no problems,so i cleared cache etc again reloaded sky vegas still same problem.looked online for said code no joy. anybody had this problem and solved it???.

cheeky ha ha been onto sky again friday still the same,told them it works on another casino, so asked them to put it through to tech support was told thats only for breakdowns, so i just said bye bye then.
