playing captain venture got the feature and started spinning got a repeat spun another 3 and the game stopped, tried reloading and it kept giving me new game. went onto chat explained the problem they found the game and give me 2 choices the old faithfull log out and clear cache etc or we can play it out for you. took option 1 that did not work. back onto chat and now tech are looking into and it could take upto 10 days, anyone had this before and upto 10 days is to long.

He mate, not sure how they have integrated Novomatic, but if a round fails on our end, its will automatically finish within like 4 hours and any the full win is credited automatically.

had an email stateing they would keep me informed, and lo and behold they must have played the feature out and at £1 a spin and 26 spins i won £61. and no email. good customer practice not.
