Hi.

Played Titans of the sun Hyperion.
1,5 euro bet and hit the bonus round.
With 8 spins remaining i get error 212.

Its been a week now and I am still not able to access the game.
Error 212 every time.

Tried clearing cookies, another browser, another OS.

Anybody experienced the error 212?

What does it mean?

Is it definitely 212 and not 112 (failure to contact the Account Management System) ? The latter is quite often seen on Quickfire and EveryMatrix installs and usually goes after a reload and a short wait. Never seen 212 though.

All the time, I have many of screen shots, 201 202 211 the list goes on, What ever happen to error 1 or 2? How many errors do they bloody have, Normally this error is normal & should clear it self,

No body really know's what they mean, Try another house or ring a family member up and ask to log in and try, It may sound daft but some times it could be a router problem, I asked a trusted member on here the other day to log in my account and try as I was so pissed of with the run around from CS and exact same on there side,

Microgaming needs to get a grip on this. Free spins should be nothing more than a sequence of random sets of reel positions, there is nothing in that that should legitimately "crash" the game server side, and all such errors should be client side, and easily cleared by logging off and establishing a fresh session. Even worse is the fact that often CS says the error cannot be fixed, and the bonus round has to be voided.

I have seen our land based Fruit machines crash on features, but this is because they are NOT RANDOM, and something has been won that should have been impossible to have won on a given RTP setting and compensator value, hence the game crashes.

If a fruit machine players sees games crash during a bonus round, they might think that they have been awarded too big a win by accident or by programming error, and thus the game has crashed due to "invalid state". Microgaming allows the software to display these errors to players, but flatly refuses to issue a user guide to the software detailing what these numbers actually mean. If they did, players would at least be reassured when they see that an error is a connection error, rather than the slot having crashed to prevent too big a win being paid out. However, surely a connection error should respond to the player trying again at a later time when presumably the connection would be better.
