Question Energycasino withdrawal

Im confused about energycasino.
I made withdrawal via bank transfer which was processed almost instantly (thumbs up for that).
I asked what provider they use to make transactions via bank transfer to finland and i got reply that they use trustly...
I have played almost 10 years now and trustly has allways been instant after approval from casino so whats going on here ? Either they are NOT using trustly or Trustly has made some changes.

Anyone withdrawn via bank transfer lately ? How long it took to get money ?

I've had some from there that were pretty much instant and some which took about 6 hours, no idea why as like you say, they are usually instant. It's always arrived though so I wouldn't worry.

I just dont think its trustly.. Since normally there is trustly logo but now there is just this:

Nope... thats why i asked them what provider they use since normally when i use bank transfer i get money via Pluspay finland or something like that... But they are saying that its trustly what they use

That's depending on the country you are living.Month ago i had bank withdraw from Karjala Casino it took exactly 3 days and i don't think any casino will give you the track number you are referring

now i finally got answer... it wasnt trustly payment at all like i was told so 3 times... its normal international bank transfer and everything is fine. Sometime i wonder where these support staff members come from. Obviously you dont need to know anything before you work at casino
