The only gripe I have with this casino was not being able to claim the first deposit bonus which was what actually drove me to sign-up. When I tried depositing using my credit card I kept getting errors and thus having enough and just wanting to play, I used Neteller which worked flawlessly. The second time I tried to deposit I decided to have another crack using my credit card and lo and behold, it now worked like a charm. And given it was my second deposit the casino said too bad no bonus for you, even when I tried reasoning with them. Unfortunately they wouldn't budge. I just thought they would make some minor concessions but I guess rules are rules.

You need to be aware of this is you deposit in any currency other than Euros-

I deposited £200 and selected the 100% welcome bonus but was only credited £360. I expected to get £400, but in fact the maximum is bonus is 200 Euros, so hence 200 Euros is £160 in GBP which I why I received £360. the catch is that the deposit plus bonus has to be wagered before withdrawal so I'll have to wager £360 x 25 according to CS.
So, work out what 200 Euros is in your currency before you deposit. I would have thought it fairer that the wagering is up to the 200 Euro equivalent in your currency maximum plus the bonus. In my case £160 + £160, i.e. £320 but I'll have to wager an extra £40 x 25 apparently.

Maybe my fault for not understanding the terms properly, but at every other casino offering up to 200 or equivalent in your currency I would have expected £400 on a a £200 deposit.

Its not clear for me, as I understand you used first your Neteller account to deposit, this is why you cannot opt-in for the WB bonus. Second time you had used your credit card? In that case, the Reload Bonus offer must be appeared on the deposit page (you have to pick it manually).
 
LOL.....A non-starter. I tried to register but never even got the confirmation-mail required to complete registration....needless to say you can't go back and check the e-mail you entered, nor 'resend' the confirmation e-mail. Ah well, one player they won't get.:rolleyes:

Using your simile, you go to shopping , but you are interested about a promotion, you realize that you don't want/maybe you can't accept the Terms of it. What you will do? You will start to argue with the salesman about the policy? He is just there to serve you with respect, but in some situations he just can't answer. You can be sure, that all of the policy things not depends by him, and he don't know the answers.

You are deliberately avoiding the point. £100 is £100 is £100. No matter what rules there might be for a store promotion, my money is as good as anyone elses. There is a concept of "legal tender" which states that a shop cannot reject a given sum in payment just because of the manner in which it is paid. It's not a hard and fast law, but it's part of treating consumers fairly, which is more of a probabililty based concept. If I saw something priced at £100, and it was advertised as coming with a free gift for purchasing it, I would expect to pay £100 and get the item and the advertised free gift. The store couldn't suddenly say that because I paid in £20 notes instead of £10 notes they were not going to let me have the free gift.

It works the same in a casino. I walk in with £100 and set down playing the slots. The attendants come round with free drinks to encourage play, but do they start looking into my wallet to see whether I have brought in £20s, £10, or £5s, and then decide that only those who walked in with tenners get the free drink.

When it comes to "offering less" you are wrong. £100 is less than £125 whatever way you look at it, so you are saying that you don't give the extra £25 to someone who uses a specific payment method, yet you contradict yourself by claiming that by only getting the £100 they are not getting less than the player who got £125.

At least admit that you are giving less of your total product to customers who use one method of payment over the amount given to others.

If you are in denial, then the issue cannot be properly dealt with in the future. Accept that an issue exists, and then maybe it can be addressed.

Just because you can get away with something doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. There are loads of things that players can get away with doing due to the nature of online commerce, but it doesn't mean it's OK for them to go ahead and do it.
 
Gave them a try a couple of Days ago...100€ in, no bonus. Won 2000€ on DOA.

Made a withdrawal, sent documents and my account was verfified and the Money was paid within 2 hrs, and this was very late in the evening.

Only downside was that i had like 100s of disconnections on the netent slots. In the DOA free spin round, every time a wild popped up, i got disconnected the very next spin. Im sitting on a brand new comp and 100mb fiber internet Connection. So the problem was NOT at my end.

Will send docs in anyway, as I can't see an upload facility on the site unless I missed it. I'll keep you informed of how quick and smoothly my debit card withdrawal goes...:)
P.S. It does say 'PROBE will do their best to process withdrawals immediately' in the terms but still pending after a few hours. No request for docs yet either.

I spoke to chat regarding Docs and they said they may not be requested for my withdrawal but i did receive an e-mail shortly after asking for the standard and i e-mailed them back.Not too long after they were given the all clear and withdrawal was approved on Saturday so hoping by Wednesday they will be back in the bank.

Yes, if processed at weekend you should receive Tuesday or Wed. latest. I am verified by visa anyway. I did check the terms and they actually have a contradiction. One line stated 'verification will be necessary before ANY withdrawal' in the next sentence it states (paraphrasing) ' we will need to verify your ID for a withdrawal or combined withdrawals of E2000 or more'...........

I have just logged in and tested loading various games, all seem to work okay now (Maybe my computer updated itself? :rolleyes:)

Obviously the issue was with your servers and now it seems you were carrying out maintenance around the time I was having issues. It would of been nice for you to warn players they may experience issues or at least to of explained that to me instead of assuming there was an issue with my PC.Browser/software)

I just tried your support webform again and that also appears to be working now with no captcha or server errors.

Conclusion.
The website is fine but you need to warn customers when you are carrying out maintenance work on the site.
Customer service need to understand that such issues can actually be on their side and not always with the customer.

Must admit i logged in and looked at what i thought was my history and its blank so i cant help you Mr Dunover.
Anyway as i say the money was safely in my bank quicker than most so am happy with that.

yeah, it's the bizarre way the site is laid out. If you go to the 'help' button and then the FAQ menu there is a link for your financial deposit/withdrawal menu - they will be there, that won't be blank.

P.S. I see what you mean, mine's blank too....:eek2::eek2:

Well gave this place another chance with microdeposit of 20 to see if I could low roll my way to som game time.

There has been some threads latley about site not giving bonus on such deposit methods, I use card 99% of the time so all good but can see hoew frustrating it can be when told no bonus with certain deposit methods used

Deposits and Withdrawals to e-wallets are LESS painful for the casino and the player and it also saves the casino money. So punishing a player using e-wallets doesn't make any sense. If it was a 250% bonus than I would take that sort of bonus as you got a good start and some play time, but its a bit strong 30x d&b on a 100% bonus,

There is absolute no reason for me to sign up, Not now my list is getting shorter by the day, Like I said if a decent sign up % than would give a try as it well could be decent site, But at this stage the bonus is pointless as you can find that alot from our normal haunts and trying to rid of casisinos and not add more :)

im getting happy again at energy casino. after a pretty difficult time to get a win or something, im back on track. happy i have some extra benifits so wd wd wd

also not many casino's with a nice weekly 50%bonus. no shady terms. i will allways reccomend this place, even when im complaining. i have a bad memory of winnings, but every loss i never forget. that isnt quite fair sometimes, but it for sure protects me against gambling addiction hehehe
