Hi everyone,
I received an email from Emu casino advising I was eligible for a cashback on losses. In fact 100% cashback upto $500.
The email said "Here's an exclusive cashback bonus just for you!. Play any pokies games except Jackpot in the next 7 days and we'll give you a 100% cashback bonus on the first $500 of your losses"
I lost well over $500 during the 7 days but did not receive anything. I went on live chat that I was not eligible for any bonus. I emailed them the email they sent me yet they said I was not eligible and would not honour it, and that was that.
I don't see any point laying a PAB over a bonus but I would be very weary in using them and would not recommend them.
