Email of thanks to thier loyaly players

So getting closer to the end of the year

I wonder how many thanks emails I will get as a loyal customer off some casino brands .Still nothing off of 32 red , sky Vegas and casino rewards .Some emails off casino's I have had thanks for playing and a few chips added to my accounts as the casino way to thank me for playing within the last year .You guys got anything yet ? and who off ?

I usually find I only get free chips and stuff like that from sites I'm registered at, but haven't play at much.
They just use it as an attempt to entice you back.

It was the same last weekend, when it was my birthday. Absolutely nothing from the sites I regularly deposit at, but plenty of offers from the others

Yer bit disappointing with a few have deposited a lot with the above brands all year around £100 per week .Nice to have a Email saying thanks for you choosing are casino all year lol

it doesn't matter wether its just a e mail to say thanks for playing it doesn't cost the casino anything , its a nice touch if i was a manager im pretty sure i would popping over e mails to all the players regardless if they've been a big punter or not , plenty of casinos should do this without even thinking , it remains to be seen hope this thread holds out ,let them know

Asked in 32 red live chat advised me that they only got tournaments as a way of thanking customers .They do bonuses within the year and not thank you email are not planned as far as they know .Sky Vegas nothing as yet Roxy nothing and 247 casino nothing either seem most MG Apart from guts in which sent massive hampers to their customers

Wouldn't that be better than resorting to a public guilt trip, whereby even if a casino does now contact you with a 'thank you', you'd have to question it's sincerity, and whether it only came as a result of this thread.

Okay I might not agree with everything you post. But I can see why you might have posted that and personally I find nothing in that post offensive that needs reporting.

Also got to admit after over 15 years online gambling I don't think ive ever had an email thanking me for playing there that year, maybe I just play at the wrong casinos. But also not something I would even expect a casino to do and if I like a casino its not going to change my mind about playing at it whether I get an email or not.

I wasn't having a go at the op, and don't think there's anything wrong anyway with wanting your loyalty acknowledged, and/or rewarded.

I mentioned a comp because it was touched on, and the op's recent other threads alluded to the fact he hasn't been happy with some casinos promos and rewards for loyal players.

My advice comes from personal experience. If I feel like a deserve a loyalty comp, or feel like some appreciation, I simply ask for it, and most the time I receive it.

My point is I'd much rather just ask for something, rather then go through the disappointment of expecting it.

Whether we like it or not, casinos are big business, and we are all just tiny ripples in a big pond, so expecting a super personalized service may be asking a little much sometimes.

I do agree that a mass email just to say thanks would be an easy enough and nice touch, although personally it doesn't bother me, as most the reps I've spoken to have already thanked me for the support.

Reporting of posts by all parties is something that should be kept to a minimum and only used when necessary. I mean Bryan and Max have enough on their plates making this a great forum for everyones benefit without having to now spend so much time basically having to check every reported post made for no reasons except people are not getting on.

I enjoy the forum and I can say I am neutral as I have no friends as such on here. So in my opinion Azzurri over last week I have saw a few times where members have reacted to one of your posts without justification but your posting style also draws attention to you and there are posts where I understand why members have reacted especially as it seems you must have the last word. But its clear that some members on here just cant get on with each other and all parties involved can be as bad as each other.

Anyway this is yet another thread that has been totally derailed so maybe everyone should start thinking that the forum is for everyones benefit and try and either put their differences to the side or use the ignore function.

I have been playing all over the place, unlike past years when I would stick to 2 - 3 casinos, so I am not expecting any "special" thank you emails, just for me.
But I believe most of the casinos are thanking their players in their newsletters or on their FB pages.

It's no coincidence that Tirilej and I have had no issues at all since my return, because we have left each other alone.

This should be evidence enough that I am more than capable of moving forward, and am not the one continually causing problems.

When I'm continually targeted, it's easy to assume I'm at fault, but that's a matter of perception, and exactly what my attackers want others to think.

I received bugger all from most casinos this year whether for my birthday or xmas, which was pretty disappointing but not surprising. So I highly doubt I would receive a "Thanks for playing with us" email.

There was one casino though who did step up and they know who they are, they even thanked me for playing/supporting them this year already .

Australians in general are some of the most easy going, chilled laid-back and friendly people you could meet! Weather where I live though goes from one season to the next in a space of a day unfortunately.

Didn't bother reading the thread much because it went from a discussion to personal flaming but I would like if the casinos I played at would tease me more with upcoming big promotions like the advent thing. Just my opinion of course!
