Platinum Play is currently experiencing technical difficulties with credit card purchasing. We have launched a new depositing option for you to make a successful purchase called eCheck:
This will enable you to fund your casino account directly from your bank account. Any purchase made with this method will be instantly credited to your casino account. (Please be advised though that the actual deduction will only reflect on bank account statement within 24 - 48 hours.)
The process for using this new deposit method is as follows:
•Simply log into the banking menu inside the Platinum Play casino software
•Please select the second option - "eCheck" as the deposit method
•This will take you to the account activation screen - please follow the prompts to activate/register your account. Upon completion of the account activation, you will be able to purchase immediately
•Please specify the amount that you would like to credit to your casino account with and click continue to complete the transaction
•For the first two or three deposits, please deposit between $100 & $200
•After the 2nd or 3rd deposit you may receive a micro-deposit with a code that you will need to resubmit to the eCheck system for validation
In recent times we have been fully aware of the difficulties purchasing and we are more than confident that this option will alleviate the current frustrations.
