Elk Studios “dropzed” to a new low

The new Elk Studios slot called Dropz has been released this week and it’s only offered at an RTP of 94%. This is so disappointing. It paves the way for other providers to start only offering lower RTPs on their new releases. As if casinos weren’t making enough already…

At least they provide their marketing material publicly so we can work out where the changes happened:

• Bompers (96%, listed as their 45th game) introduced X-Citer
• The next game, Cluster Slide, was the final at 96%... followed by Nitropolis 2 at 95%
• Coba was the final (of what looks like 17 games) at 95% - the three since (Cygnus 2, Buffalo Toro and Dropz) are all 94%

The curious part? Propaganda (their next release) is listed at 95%... hopefully a step in the right direction?

Holy shit, I had no idea that Cygnus 2 and Buffalo Toro were on 94%! I just assumed 95%…

It was already impossible to get a good win on ELK when they were at 96%... And since the X-Citer feature buys it has gone downhill even more. 94% is just the icing on the cake.

Their upcoming Avalon Gold is also cemented at 94%.

I'm not too worried about it, since Elk games are fairly unplayable anyway at 96% - not a provider of choice...

But we know where one provider dips their toes, the rest quickly follow

94% seems to be Blueprints new fixed RTP now, too. After the Genie Jackpots fishin frenzy clone, Sinful Sevens has been proudly rolled out on the same low RTP, even on the crypto sites.

Time to quit.
