I deposited about $500 in a new Eldorado.com account and played all their slots last week 3/08/2011. I was having some luck with Dragon's Gold and low and behold hit the 3 Gold Dragon's with a friend sitting next to me to witness. A box popped up that said I'd won a little over a $1000. I thought for sure I should've hit the Progressive ($5600 at the time) since I was betting max ($1 x 3). But regardless I was excited. So I clicked offf the Pop up winners box and there was absolutely no extra money in my account.
I emailed Fred Laris back and forth and he denied I hit it, and without a screen grab I had no proof. They wiped it clean from my history.
here's part of the stream of emails if anyone is interested. It starts with the last email and reads down:
Dear Cindy,
Regarding comments from bloggers, you know it's difficult to make everyone happy!
Also, we are never change a history games of our players, there no such a thing!
Best regards.

Of course you don't show it on your log, why would you when you made it disappear so you don't have to pay me, but it really happened. I really hit 3 Dragons. Two live human beings witnessed it. It's just your own greed that prevents you from paying. Anyone can change a history log. Read your reviews on the internet, everyone is saying the same thing. Your won't pay jackpots!

I figured you'd say that - everyone online has had the same jackpot experience with ElDorado. Meaning no one gets paid the right amount. There were two people here playing, we both saw the screen pop up that said jackpot won and saw the 3 gold Dragons, so your system/business practice is messed up. You've lost my business, and I will blog about how you cheated me.
good day.

Dear Cindy,
In reference to your claim regarding the Jackpot we have thoroughly inspected the history of all your sessions.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate any session that shows Jackpot won.
We are attaching the screen photo taken from our system of the history of all your gaming sessions specifically on Dragon’s Gold where you can easily review the results of the bets placed and the amount won and/or lost.
If you are still unsure about the gaming result and claim the Jackpot to be credited, we need a screen picture of your gaming sessions where it exactly demonstrates the claimed winning.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon,
Best regards,
Fred

No screen shots. But I reviewed my history with Golden Dragon and it was perfect right up until El Dorado erased my $3 Max Bet Jackpot. Another person (Luckyluger) was here when I hit it and we both were excited, until we saw it was not credited, then we thought El Dorado is a sham.
I read El Dorado "steals" jackpots. I am a professional slot player and blogger too. You are blacklisted for confiscated winnings and gross customer negligence bordering on criminal activity (Go read it). Way to build a customer base. I was testing you and you failed the test. So I will also report my experience to the internet world.
I sincerely hope to see the credit today, if not El Dorado's loss.
If it is fixed, I'll be sure to put a good word out there that you fixed my missing jackpot problem, and perhaps you can rebuild your bad image.
