I am interested in peoples experience when they have been unfortunate enough to have to escalate a complaint against a casino to eCOGRA, is there really any point? I personally have logged a complete against 888Casino with eCOGRA simply because their own customer service is shocking incompetent beyond belief and they refuse to deal with any other 3rd party such as our beloved CM.
