Thank-you again to all the reps and casinos (plus Vortran!) who have pledged prizes! There have been a fair few entries to sift through, and finally I have collated them and noted their scores and numbered them for a draw my daughter is preparing as I type this. It's just all your numbers on a screwed-up post-it in order that you entered - that is your number for the duration. The winner this week for 32red's $250 charity donation will be removed after this week's draw to ensure other entrants get a pick in subsequent weeks.

Please can people now use this new thread from now-on to ensure the latest quiz stays easily-accessible rather than me tag it all on the end of a presently-large thread which would make it difficult to find. For this reason there will be a new one each Saturday. Week 2's questions below this post!

Well, I should have gotten two Microgaming ones, I play them enough

I was right though, I was wrong about 1. It looked like a wheel, so I checked 5 Reel Drive, wrong. I then thought it might actually be the golf hole in that Argyle Open slot, wrong again I then checked a load of vehicle themed Microgaming slots, still no luck.

Had I not lost my enthusiasm at the initial defeat, I may have ended up with 2 out of the 10.

However, I still have another 965 continues to get through by Friday, no time for this nonsence

If you read the end of the last thread it states the charity prize drawn 'irrespective of scores' so no, it doesn't matter.

P.S. there were several entrants who made the same mistake as Vinyl submitting 'Argyle Open' for number 1 instead of 'The Back 9' and another one was number 6 where people submitted 'Loaded' instead of 'Thunderstruck'....I thought they were the EASY ones!

Yep - I made that mistake too - as soon as I saw it I put down the MG game - I didn't even double check, I was so sure!
I honestly can't believe that I didn't get ANY of the three Rival ones
I knew I'd seen 7 somewhere and spent AGES searching for it, but still didn't twig

Right, on to this week...
Pretty sure of 2 right off the bat - but the rest... Pfffft! Not a clue - just like last week!

I'd had the idea of doing something similar a while back but when I stumbled across the thread for last years quiz, and saw dunovers this year I kind of told myself to 'get in the same league' first lol

Had some great ideas for 'questions' but as a low budget, low roller I seriously doubt whether anyone would be interested in it as I really couldn't offer much in way of prizes etc.

Would be willing to give it a go later in the year maybe when I've hit my 5-reel WD, can afford to give a few quid away then.

As I barely play any of the other softwares, this puts me at quite a disadvantage. I may be almost impossible to beat in a 999 continues tournament, but this is where I can be beaten VERY easily.

Although I didn't submit any answers, it would have been a technical zero out of 10 had I submitted my initial thoughts.

Unless you know of any wheeled vehicles coated in turf as opposed to paint.

I initally thought it was a hub cap for a wheel but then it did occur to me as odd that there was green stuff around it , i eventualy figured it out...

I don't know about "clearly". The pics are very low res, they look like one of those paintings done by "spotting" paint with a fine brush. The "green stuff" could have been anything green. The answer was a slot I had never heard of, let alone played, which is why I had such a tough time with what started out looking like the most obvious one of the 10.

I don't play much of a variety of softwares, but almost exclusively Microgaming.

I have just as little chance with the second lot.

I must admit mate. You fooled me with that one in the first instance. I was certain it was Argyle Open the second I looked at it.

But you are right.....the blades of grass DO clearly hang over the edge of the cup/hole. In my heart, I knew I was wrong, but I just
could not accept it lol. By the time I did, it was too late to find a better/correct answer in time, so I had to stick with my first
(but wrong) instinct. Better to give a wrong answer than no answer at all, right?

At that point though, I thought.....

"So that is why this quiz is called El Bastardo. Because it's creator is a cunning, crafty little Bastardo himself"

I assume you use the Slotscomparer?
You probably need to use 1-2 hours a day and search through as much as you can from A-Z.

I think it's fun but I guess I have a little more time than you do
I'm also driven by Dunny's final Starburst playing so I'm motivated enough

A slight lot easier than last weeks May be due to all the machines were still in my head, Infact out of the 20 so far I knew a few but just could not put it to a machine, & There has only been one I actually knew and went straight to it,

If anything this quiz has taught me that for someone who has played daily across god knows how many different games for years on loads of casinos I must have been playing em blindfolded and I actually know nothing
