Long time over due. Dunder Casino finally has a review - in the Grey Zone.

Not sure what is happening with these guys from a player contact perspective etc...

Went through a phase of regular contact (mostly e-mail) now its been total radio silence for at least 3 months (well until this thread popped up )

They were a regular haunt of mine, low roller friendly offers with the same WR structure as Casumo, always payed in a very timely manner (2 hours on Christmas Day being the most memorable from a NDB!)

Always sets my 'unsureness' off when the contact dwindles

To answer the question you had in the review: We’ve had that term of winnings of 100k for our protection, but we’ve never enforced it. And should you win 50k we would not enforce any limit.

I can see that you have AUD as an available currency in the review, but we have unfortunately been forced to close down Australia in June of this year.

We don’t have Novomatic/Greentube yet (hopefully it will not take too long to get them on) but we mainly have Netent, MG, Quickspin, PnG, IGT, SGI (WMS, Bally, Barcrest), Edict/Merkur, Evolution, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Elk, Thunderkick, Nextgen, Aristocrats, Betsoft.

Yeah my bad, did not explain fully and had to rush off to work before I had chance to edit last post.

They share the 25x D+B AFAIK, same wagering also across FS winnings.

The part I didn't fully think thru was that you can withdraw a percentage of your balance when playing with a bonus at Casumo at any time, something we cannot do at Dunder.

That 25x D+B is the main reason I don't take their bonuses, as often as I might have done.
It's just bearable on a 100%, since it makes the wagering 50x B
But on their (very) regular 50% the wagering is 75x B, which you have to be pretty optimistic to take on.

Maybe the rep can explain why the less bonus you're given (percentage wise) the harder you have to work / more you have to wager to complete the bonus.

Yes you can. You can see "Total: x" and "Bonus Money: y". You can always withdraw x-y, just ask live chat to cancel the bonus. It's a parachute bonus with the added perk that wagering starts immediately (like Casumo but no percentages).

Apologies for the delay in the reply here.

Sadly we are not allowed to offer ELK games in the Canadian market at the request of the supplier. With regards to Merkur, i'm awaiting more info on this and will let you know when I get a response here.

I think Dunder is looking to be a good casino. They really should get their adverts compliant though. I have had 1 cashout here and didn't have any issues, so it's gets a thumbs up from me. I notice many casinos are becoming more compliant now with their advertising on Anti-Social Media, lol love that Dunover.
