They are most likely going to ask for enhanced verification, happened to me a few years back after making a £1000 withdrawal ( all my smaller ones were processed within an hour) and I think I ended up waiting 3-4 days before I got it.
Closed my account after that.

Thats funny, exact same experience as me. Opened account June 2024. Had 5k+ win in July. Wanted every document known to man. Self excluded and balance returned to my registered card.

Then had the cheek to ask me to rate the service.

Not sure what enhanced verification they need - they’ve had my driving licence, passport, phone bill and bank statements for proof of identity and address.

Piss poor if they start messing me around now, I will close my account also if this ends up being the case.

I wouldn't send anymore than that. Next step is self exclusion if you dont wish to play there anymore.

The problem is, they want specific documents in original paper form, no electronic sent documents to me. So things like bills through the post, but I don’t get any bills through the post because it’s not my property I’m living in. I have no idea what to send them, and this is going to be stalled now. It’s an absolute pain.

Not the same Casino , but I’m the past got asked the same ; It’s a drag, but print out the bill, then take a pic showing all four corners -

You should be able to change address for any banking /cell bill if you are not named on utility statements

Once you get your $$ then close account

I would be careful advising that, forging documents could be an offense.

How is making sure bank or cell phone company has your updated address ? As it’s online sometimes people forget to update that.

Considering any address changes with bank/phone normally have to go through support for affirmation ; I don’t see me advising fraud anywhere, bit of a big jump adding some narrative there on my behalf chap, but if some are reading it that way for clarification that was not my intention.

That being said if you wanted to commit fraud with the onset of AI and easy to manipulate free online pdf’s programmes like canva and others ; it’s would not be hard to become a bad actor, but it’s not something I would personally advocate.

Fair play if that wasn't your intention, it just reads as, if you are not named on a bill it is easy enough to change the name or address on it.

I stopped using them after they rejected perfectly reasonable documents over and over and simply wasnt going to show them a bank statement too given I barely used them.

Update:

NYSPINS the sister site was the problem. I wasn’t verified on SUPRPLAY with them. They accepted my ID and a random letter from a credit card company with my address on and my withdrawal was instant to my bank.
