I`m going to be having a whole heap of those odds ;), so the Germans are favourites due to playing at home, I think the whole footballing world has forgotten what these boys done last round, they managed to do with 10 men what the rest of Europe failed to do with 11. That Barcelona side is one of the strongest i`ve ever seen and no disrespect to the might that is Bayern Munich but Chelsea have faced their hardest challenge in this years Champions League, and breezed through that with a man short, so, with that in mind I predict that man once again to be 1st on the score sheet ;).

Bayern is likely to rely on Robben and Ribery but the former might be loathe to score against his old team whereas Ribery is only a shadow of his former self. If Drogba helps Chelsea win he may still stay in the team otherwise its likely he will leave. Bayern was thrashed by Dortmund a week or so ago and may need time to let the scars heal.

Hmmm. Checked local odds and it is $9 still.

I notice Chelsea straight up is $4.75 and Drogba is $3.80 to score a goal any time.

You think it's worth a punt on any of those? I have a few bucks in my sports account....but I know nothing about Euro football.

Bayern go into this game on the aftermath of a very embarrassing 5:2 defeat against their rivals B.Dortmund, also they are two key defenders missing - David Alaba, Holger Badstuber, Chelsea however enter the arena with the biggest scalp of their European career tucked neatly in their belt, and a fresh F.A. Cup final win over Liverpool to boot, favourites or not Drogba is a world class striker, there`s not a defence out there he couldn`t penetrate, this game will be close no doubting that, and if it comes down to one man turning it, Drogba is that man ;).

Many bookies have refund for goalscorer bets if it ends 0-0 today so pick a bookie with that offer if you play. I think there is a big chance of 0-0 in the match.

Thanks 777 I got $100 on Drogba to score.

Nearly had $50 on Chelsea to win but I squibbed it.

I can't believe you didn't get on you git!!

Whew! He left it late to score but Chelsea are deserving champs especially for the way they disposed of Barcelona. Seems Di Matteo has a long-term job now.

Great stuff, no better feeling than giving someone a tip and it comes in ;), just checking my betting slips and i`ve more than broken even, however, if Drogba had of scored 5 minutes earlier I would not have bothered going to work tomorrow lol ;).

Was biting my nails after Muller scored, but, when Drogba equalised with only two minutes left I was left there clutching my Drogba to score and to finish level after 90 minutes betting slip ;), I think my pre-match prediction of being a close game and Drogba to be the difference was spot on, especially his coolly taken penalty that nailed it ;).

90 minutes?

I thought the whole match, including extra-time for the 2 halves also count. Actually, he is deemed to have scored in the 90th minute as 91-97 minutes all count dont they?

90 minutes = normal time and all bets are based on this, say for arguments sake you had a bet on Chelsea to win you would have lost, as basically it was a draw, however, there are also bets that cover the overall result Ie Chelsea to be the outright winners ;).

Logically any goal scored in normal time even though the ref has added 4-5 minutes stoppage time is still deemed as 90 minutes, even if the goal was scored in 90 + 4th minute of injury/stoppage time, it only becomes the 91st minute when extra time is played ;).
