hi all, so me and my soon to be wife registered with dream vegas using my details. we then deposited using her card which apparently is not aloud but the casino decided not to tell us until after we had deposited the money and requested a withdrawal of £250 which we won. this was rejected because we broke the terms and conditions. all they have done is change my withdrawal from our winnings too the amount we deposited . i have tried to make a complaint which i thought i done 2 days ago, but got an email today too say that i need to email a different address to create an complaint. i have already done this 3 different times and spoke to a manager which is part of the complaints process. i have read the terms and conditions and see yes your not aloud to use a third party card but it also says if i do then they will stop my winnings while they investigate if it was fraud etc . but they have not done this. my withdrawal was just taking from us with no chance of resolution. they literally have not messaged to say something like if i can prove i had my fiance permission or anything. i will be taking this to ecogra if dream vegas ever give me the complaints reference number i need. i wont ever use dream vegas again because i have noticed quite a few people have had issues getting paid winnings and when you pull them up about it you get fobbed off . i have literally been sent the same email from 3 different advisors saying the excact same thing.. is there anything i can do? any help would be greatly appreciated because they are making us feel like criminals or something.
