Does Redbet not allow Aussie players?

Was trying to sign up but it wouldn't accept my .au email so am wondering. Couldn't find any info here.
 
Since in the registration form Australia is available, but USA is not, I would assume the issue is with all addresses that don't end in .com or just the ones that are rarer among their customer base, maybe it recognizes Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian endings, but not rarer ones.
 
Yes, we do. Most of our existing Aussie players are registered with e-mail addresses that ends with .com.au

I'm reading a lot about red bet these days. Those who play there, can you tell me what you like about it? Is it Microgaming? Can you play on mobile? How are cashing out times? I like that the reps are very responding here. I've been with 32red and Ladbrokes for 6 years but after the changeover at ladbrokes I stopped depositing. Any feedback is appreciated.
 
It's MG, Netent, and they have a 3D slots section which i believe consists mainly of Betsoft slots.
Live Dealer, Poker, Sportsbook, great support and very active and helpful rep here, and of course you can play with your mobile too, and no separate accounts allowed/needed.

Can't you just register an new email address? with like .com or something? gmail etc.

If he wants to use e-wallet for deposits and withdrawals, he would have to register at the casino with same e-mail as he used to register the e-wallet. Otherwise this would be pretty easy solution.

As for the games, i rarely play mobile myself, as mostly it is a limited selection of games, and i like my screens big:) If you somehow having issues opening the full site on your tab or phone, it could be caused by several things, maybe Eric can help you there too..Good luck!
 
Dandan why don't you contact Redbet-Alex so he can get his tech team on to it tomorrow (they are probably off today) maybe they can get you sorted so you can register with your email address. I am sure there is a way for them to fix this issue for you:)

I don't know about that, from my end I see casino red which has all the netent games and casino blue which has the MG games and 3d has the other games. I didn't think that Aussie players were restricted from playing on these platforms.

I think you should p.m. Eric instead, i wouldn't know how soon Alex will find it, since he is no longer active Rep.

Redbet-Alex posted but who knows? Go with Incrediblestuffs recommendation and contact Alex he is the affiliate manager. You won't go wrong with him.

I for one would really like some clarification on who Redbet-Alex is since he is posting behalf of Redbet as recent as a couple of days ago.
 
Alex is the old rep, and still works for Redbet, but the active Rep is as said, Eric, and both would assist dan dan surely, i just pointed out that it's likely that Eric would be online sooner, since he is, you know, active:p

Anyway, dan dan, no need to get worked up, i am sure you will get sorted as soon as one of them is online...

And there was an announcement here not too long ago, where eric introduced himself..Alex even replied there saying he would still be available from time to time..

The only thing is i just seen that CM hasn't updated the rep yet in the Accredited casino Section..
Some patience now and it will all be settled soon.

I'm sorry but I just found out about this bug. Unfortunately it asks the question but you are still able to follow through with your registration using that e-mail address.

Just click "Register" even if it asks "Did you mean....[email protected]?" and it should work.
